we didn't have enough footage but still wanted to share the first 30 minutes of this Ashtanga Class with Delara that we shot on the 12th of March.
Delara has this quality to bring your awareness back from your roots, your feet, all the way up to the fingertips and covers the asana practice until to Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana. So you'll basically will need to complete with some warriors, sitted sequence, finishing sequence on your own :-)
Oh and don't forget Savasana, you should be confined at home for Covid-19, so no excuses - #IMONLYHEREFORTHESAVASANA.
