@@AshleysayQueI am the same way!!! I'm learning in therapy that I do that because growing up I had to do everything on my own with little to no help. I'm working on stopping that behavior and accepting help when offered.

It's so exciting you're getting the surgery though, I hope it goes well. I'm doing a TT and breast lift in December and I'm already so nervous I keep researching recovery and it's so different for everyone.

Enjoy this reset and next chapter! You’re going to love the smaller breasts. I had mine done years ago, but I’ve since gained weight and the breasts are back in full force 😭! What did you do with your bicycle?

Moving is incredibly hard emotionally because deep down it shakes our sense of stability and biological need for a sense of shelter. What you’re feeling is so valid but good things are coming.
