It's a text-to-speech voice, or 'AI' as people would call it these days. The 100% proof is when it mistakes "live" as in "I live here", for 'live' as "this broadcast is live". Live, live. 2 words spelt the same, but different meanings depending on context.

He worked in russia as a constructor, built bridges and kinda got "recruited", however I still think he went there to become a soldier, bc he said himself that they paid so well ... and what he explains after that reminds me of the burning russian "Wildberries" building. & As he stated, every governmental business/organisation is required to recruit contract-soldiers for their "glorious" russian army ... same ish happened in the Wildberries building, their superiors sent the workers outside, where they ran into the arms of the FSB and military recruiters, til the workers there had enough and set it ablaze. It all makes sense now, but I still think this mofo expected this'd happen and he happily went along - there were too many official news and online rumours about russia recruiting immigrant workers from their factories, construction sites, (etc...), to become their new contract soldiers* - he knew, this'd come and he could earn more there at war in Ukraine than anywhere else in belarus and/or russia; that old excuse of "russia forced me" doesn't fly at all in his case, bc nobody forced him to go to russia to begin with; he thought he'd enjoy his little adventure and as some kinda "side effect" he'd get rich as well. * Heck, those aren't russian military secrets, putin even signed decrees, to lure immigrant workers and their families from all over the world to russia, he guaranteed they'd get immediate citizenship (instead of that 5 year waiting period prior to putin's decree) and free housing for the whole family, when the family's males sign military contracts - this wasn't handled in secrecy at all, but instead it was official news in russia to advertise this offer to the globe's impoverished countries citizens - and now this guy's saying he was afraid of gulag and plays victim; when in reality he doesn't even have family inside russia to take care of and/or worry about ... as he said himself, he's not married and doesn't have any kids.
