I have watched many of these videos of Chicago homes and I must say, this property is by far, one of the most stunning. Very classy interior design and the art is gorgeous. Such careful, elegant choices were made in bringing this home to life. I think Joanne was doing fine by herself. She comes across as very professional. I don't know why they needed to have two hosts. I couldn't take my eyes off of Fran's necklace. I thought it was like a biker chain haha. Once I saw it up close, it turned out to be a very stunning piece of jewelry.

i grew up on south shore drive ( 40s , 50s , and early 60s ) but i think that i could stand living in that one : )

Hi , is this available for rent or just purchase ? Average price? I know it’s older video but just been looking to move to Chicago downtown. My budget is rent about 2500-3500 thanks

The video is nearly 10 years old - enough said. Your budget wouldn't have covered 1/4 of the monthly cost of purchasing this unit.

The realtors on this channel are awkward, unskilled and incompetent. They all exhibit a complete lack of knowledge of the homes they’re showing which is a total embarrassment considering the price point of these homes. It’s giving unprepared high school student trying to give a presentation without a powerpoint 😂
