A riverfront duplex penthouse, part 1 

OMG I would leave Houston TX to come live here one day. Maybe on the day I win the Lottery I will come live in a Chicago and in a place like this.

I travel past River East daily and although I'm 10 years late the kitchen and views are stunning, and River East is even more developed now so I know the view is amazing.

And people say you can't buy happiness....LOL

Sparsely decorated. Coiffured ceiling in the kitchen is a major mistake. Not enough storeage in any room. Not enough variety among window treatments. I'd close up that opening from the kitchen to the TV room and add more cabinetry. The copper hood is great, but someone ran out of good ideas after that. Micro needs to be in a drawer. Add a marble top for a baking and pastry station. TV room or LR needs a wetbar.

I tried to use the restroom in a premiere bathroom one time it wouldn't come out, and I walked on hand rubbed wood before and my feet hurt. I looked at some hand painted tile and my eyes hurt. I tried to sleep in a glamorous bedroom one time and never got a wink of sleep. Just saying the house would work for me because of the cheap blind in the master bedroom....IJS
