During a random integrity test conducted by Internal Affairs, Nolan accidentally breaks the shoulder strap off a lady's dress while arresting her. Later that evening, a gunman attempts to kill Nolan, who learns a hit has been put out on his life by the lady's boyfriend Cole, whose father is the leader on a violent white supremacist gang.
