Love your hair. Love it. I have to say when I saw those sweet little hands knitting I melted. The little bird sounds ! My home is an old 3 story that I call my tree house because there are lots of trees around it . The birds wake us up every morning. They make nests in my hanging plants on my front porch, so ... the plants die with no watering;) I love them. Molly your shawl is so soft and pretty. Good to see all you are working on. Cheryl
It's so nice to see you again! Your kitties are adorable! I hope you and your family have a fun summer. I love your new shawl design! I enjoy knitting simpler styled shawls so much. Your hair looks wonderful! I truly love a more natural look because it is warmer around your face. :) I would like to purchase a skein of your sock yarn eventually but there isn't much choice right now so I will wait till later in the year. Have a lovely day! Sharon / Elvensknits xx
So much catching up with you and seeing the KITTIES! I just can't drink water out of glasses anymore...it has to be a water bottle. For some reason my water is always so much more exciting. 😂 It sounds amazing that you're taking some time off this summer, but you're making me wish (as if I didn't already...) that i lived in Berlin and could apply to be your paid yarn squisher....errr...I mean packager.
Molly, I'm looking forward to your new shawl design and the potential 'kits'. I've never seen Gilmore Girls so guess I'll have to check them out...late to the party. I love your new hair look. I'm also in love with the HPC BB beans keeper and yarn colorway. Enjoy your summer with the girls. They grow too fast so make the most of it.
Oh, Molly! Its always so great to see, and catch up with you! You always look amazing...but can i say how fun i think your hair change is? Good for you on taking a dyeing break too!! Way to go, Mama. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Add a topical piping between embroidered square and the red border. Or, embroider in the same area. It will interrupt the eye and allow you to focus on the embroidered square. Good luck!
I am new to wool yarn of any kind, I love when you tell about the yarns you use and how you wash them. I haven't tried knitting with wool yet. My mother was allergic. So very fun to watch and learn from you. Love the videos! When you cast on for a sock, what cast on do you use to make it stretchy?
About the cat who wet the bed- Fixing her might have helped her behave better in her new home. It might not have changed anything in your home because she already thought of your child's bed as a place to go to the bathroom, and the smell might still have been there. (it can survive a regular wash) But you did the right thing finding her another place to live, especially since it seems to have solved her problem. A lot of cats are really afraid of little kids.
Wow! I will be eagerly awaiting the pattern for Alpine Shawl!!!! I would so love to make it from one of your wool yarns, could I buy a kit from here in the US? Plleeeeez!!!!!
I would like to work for you. I love handling yarn and packing packages. Once my younger son starts school in September I could start working, again. If you are still interested. Or do you only need someone for the summer? Henriette
