Yea I have had a lot of de sync issues and its pretty damn frustrating. Turning a corner thinking you got the drop but somehow he shoots without having his turret turned enough and kills me
Myself included. I peeked a type 16 who's turret was pointed at the oposite direction of where I was and he shot and killed me. It's been happening since Update Sky Guardians came out and for whatever reason it hasn't been resolved.
Tanks modernized to their absolute limit are always a treat to watch. BTW that shell is godlike at that tier. I've seen 10.7 tanks like the Type 90 carry vastly weaker shells than that.
I'd also like to see the Leonardo M60A3 added to the italian tech tree when gaijin wakes up from their developer suggestion slumber, would add a very decent 10.0ish mbt

Desynchronization issues, ghost shells, missing tracks, and a lot more bugs come to WT with the last patch. Hope that Gajin get my card "Get well soon" fast as possible.
I still want this tank. Also yeah turret Desync is so frustrating. I constantly think I have more time to aim and place my shots when I’m just randomly killed by an opponent with a barrel pointed in the opposite direction.
I really want this tank just don't know how to buy gc, great video, wish you did more of the podcast type videos, or at least posted clips of them on RU-vid.
Yeah, I’ve been killed multiple times thinking I have time to aim for a good shot but then get flopped by heat seeking apfsds. Hope that gets fixed soon.
As you said at 15:20 i experienced a lot of such shots where the turret was away from directly sighted on me. What we can say, the Snail really broke the game with the last two updates... A lot of bugs, armor holes on many vehicles (just discovered the M60A1 is pretty much a swiss cheese wedge now with at least 3 holes in armor), LWS not working, SAMs being nerfed (they said "moved to a realistic flight model" but it's just a nerf because screw ground and aa players), honestly i don't know whatelse we will face with the new crafting event coming soon; my bet another "DDoS attack" and hamsters dying the day after it went live if not after few hours.

You know, you can independently select the 25mm grenade launcher and range it on farther targets for accuracy. This also applies for the BMP-2m and the T-72M2 Moderna; as well as any other tank with a commander’s gun. You can also cycle through the guns to select only coax. But tbf, no one uses coax.
The auto cannon used to fire HE only and did nearly no damage, but in 2022 or late 2021 it was changed to muti purpose HEAT, you could find same type of rounds on auto cannon on the American Heli. Now it will pen light vehicles

Sounds are weird. Now i can't understand where the enemie is, in the most cases. Some friends have the same problem. Another problem is the packet lost, always above 0%, sometimes go to arround 20% and then go down.
Turret desync was a rare issue even maybe a year ago but a few updates ago it got really bad and right now its not just a few degrees that the turrets are off no sometimes they glitch a whole 180 degrees in an instant and it makes ambushing really hard since you never know if hes looking at you or not....
I've encountered visible dsync frequently. I'd be left scratching my head as my target would instantly snap their turret to me and kill me, and then the kill cam would show them firing from an off angle. It's been going on since last patch as you stated.
The desync is a nightmare, especially when flying now, since the tracers will be nowhere near your aircraft Than suddenly you're in pieces. Also sucks for trying sneaky boy stuff with Italy.
i've been enjoying revisiting the IS7, had a bunch of players follow once they saw it. Enemy players seem to not know where to shoot it and it gets pretty reliable downtiers at 8.3 considering all the 9.7 players
15:22 YES this happened to me too! Often times! In situations where I thought the guy doesnt see me so I just have to evade his cannon but then BOOM im dead without his cannon facing me!
Yeah I have this issue as well and more ridiculous forms of it too. For e.g. once a radkampfwagen's turret instantly turned 120degree and took a shot at me. :')
22:41 The reason its at 9.7 and not 10.0, is because of how few of them there are. The starting grind for it is rough, so i would bet that the stats of the tank arnt good. My personal theory is that they arnt moving it up to 10.0 is because the M60 2000 will be coming soon at 10.0. And it would be stupid to have 2 event/premium m60s at the same BR.
Yes constantly the barrel will be miles away from my tank and suddenly I die and it shows he shot me directly in the side making dodging very difficult
If they are doing a pack for it they must fix the damn thing, T129 in game lacks irl warning systems and umtas missile is basicly a hellfire copy that Turkish army also has hundreds of them! There is no way, NO WAY on Earth hellfire does 475m while umtas 180m being so similar to hellfire. It has over 400m speed without any question at all so gaijin must stop doing moronic things, classified speed information doesn't mean they can put whatever number they want there...
It's been like that in air and ground, and holy fuck, ain't it frustrating. I'm not the best flier, but if someone is pointing 45 degrees off course I shouldn't get tapped not even once
Man i love this tank when i see ppl playing it. So sad that its behind this massive paywall… i wish i wouldve already played back when the first season passes were happening. The vehicles were so much cooler.
Turret desync screws me over so much when pushing around corners or over hills... Happens almost every other match. Used to be just from long range targets, but now I see it all the time in cqc fights.
Since the update i had rounds where the game was 1 second behind, it sometimes feels like the servers are just giving up. I shoot at a tank and 1 second later im dead out of nowhere or i get the notification that i hit something (and no, my internet is still ok and everything is updated and my pc is good enough, as it was a month ago where the game just worked fine...Call it what you want but something isnt right at the moment.
yea barrel desync is something that has gotten me killed multiple times as ive pushed an enemy as i think they arent looking at me and then their barrel just flicks and destroys my vehicle or they never looked at me but still shot and killed me
Had desync issues with PvE Helicopter. Some convoys are slinding into the map, others re-correct the path they are supposed to be on once you lock them with an aiming system. Works okay for Ka-50, when grinding other helicopters, there is no aiming system to lock the convoy vehicles to get them to retrack. Very annoying.
If you think the AMBT is peak design of the M60 tank, wait till you see what the Italian defense firm "Leonardo" has done to this platform for export sales lol
Turret desync has been a massive problem, yeah. As someone who plays on 200 ping its extremely unfair and really annoying. It's by far the worst bug I've ever encountered (regularly) in top tier.
War Thunder has been pain in my ass for the last 3-4 days since it keeps constantly crashing when I spawn in battle, when I want to try a vehicle in a test drive and it once crashed when I tried to switch a fucking nation and I don't know what the fuck is going on. So yeah, War Thunder is truely special game... Also if anyone know what causes the problem or if you have the same problem please tell me so I will not feel like that stupid. But until gaijin feels like fixing it Enlisted it is.
So let me get this straight. A 9.7 vehicle for America gets a 522mm penetrating round, better turret traverse, and better thermals with a 6.7 second reload. But the M1 ABRAMS, a historically better tank in almost every way, gets 370mm penetrating round, same mobility, basically the same armor because you’re always getting uo tiered anyway, and worse thermals at 10.0. Gajiin, please fix America
I just tested the Leopard 2 PL, aparently it has gen 3 thermals, correct me if im wrong but the image quality is too good but then again my monitor is 1920x1080 not even 2k
Yes massive desyncs with cannons not pointing at you and still hitting you. Also even longer existing issue, spaa fire/tracers no where close and slapping you out of the air...
One more thing, since one or two updates, often tanks leaving cover or smoke are not rendering. This issue was back in 2015/16 also present and i did not have it for years. Now its back.
