@@JRennick27 show the crowding and extreme strain covid is supposedly putting the health care SYSTEM through. Is that what this look's like to you? Get my drift?
Indeed, thank you for being compliant in this massive scheme. Thank you for taking away our rights. Thank you for kindly playing along and taking advantage of ALL our collective stupidity. Thank you again and again.
So sad hopefully this all ends soon. Doctors , nurses please know taht we know how hard it is for you and your family...thousand of us are deeply grateful for your work and compassion
Oh my god. I have vague recollection of when I was brought in to RCH last year March 31st 2020. My husband was told I may not make it due to the fact I was so bad and this novel coronavirus didn’t have much information about how to treat it. I am so grateful for the doctors, nurses, paramedics . Without them, I would not have made it to today. My siblings didn’t know anything as well, only that I was intubated and that I was fighting to keep alive. Having double pneumonia along with other medical issues, it wasn’t not a good combination. I remained on a ventilator for 18 days before being transferred closer to home in CGH for 12 days. I haven’t been looking at any COVID youtube videos of people laying in hospital with all the tubes, bells ringing, nurses and doctors going in and out of rooms. It’s horrible and I still suffer. I am grateful to every single person who works in the hospitals and any other medical field. This hit hard and I am saddened to see so many more people fighting for their lives.
Every line we insert (central IV, radial arterial line, peripheral if’s, urinary catheter, breathing tube, tracheostomy tube) is a route for infection to enter the body. And in such a deconditioned state as a covid patient paralyzed, unmoving for a month, are sitting ducks for infection.
The health care frontline workers are the unsung heroes. 🙏👍🏼💗✌🏼Thank you for your service. It is so sad for some to think this is an act of Hollywood story.
@@brendapantoja9646 You sit up all night putting that one together, didn't ya ? How could I ever hope to compete or defend myself against the Stephen Hawking mind-set you present with such intellectual words.
If you saw the light of what’s going on, you’d not be one dimensional and you’d see that 20% of people with COVID need to be hospitalised, that’s a big deal.
How heart breaking 💔💔💔💔.. yet so many crazy ppl that think this doesn’t exist !!! RCH has been our hospital throughout the last 20 years , I have four children & I have a few health problems & one of my daughters .. for most part .. few exceptions .. outstanding health care especially emergency dept, I’ve only recently during COVID I had a horrible experience with a female dr. Thank you so much Royal Columbian Hospital , fantastic job to all 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👏🏽👍🏽👏🏽👍🏽👏🏽👍🏽
You sound ridiculous, I masked up everywhere I went and was a nervous wreck doing everything to be extra careful in the beginning. I STILL got covid in December2020, and so did my husband. My kids never got covid and they live in the same house as us. You can do everything right and still get sick..
I noticed that too. People can say whatever the f they want but there are effective & safer treatments that will help with or get rid of covid. Its ridiculous they won't/refuse to use it. Based on their lack of actually giving people effective meds to help, if I get covid, I'll treat it myself at home. Plenty of people have had covid & treated themselves at home & gotten themselves back to normal.
Why can we afford to bring back dirt for 9 billion but can't even find GOOD QUALIFY OF LIFE treatment centers. Explain to me why 65% of Americans are taking a Benzodiazepines and also a SSRI now. 83% were prescribed a antipzychotics at once-in-a-lifetime.
@@sinisterminister6478 That's right buddy, we have way more druggies in Canada than USA because health care is "free". Professionals pill-poppers, doctor's, lawyers, even blue collar workers, the lot of them. They get their own kids hooked because they want them to have their best life ever.
Tell me about your area of expertise. Virologist, pulmonologist, intensivist, infectious diseases? We'd love to hear about your firsthand experience, doctor.
