She went in a born again Christian and within a year became an atheist. Because we refuse to see the world the way that she does now, she has been insulting, rude and cruel towards her Dad and I. It’s a long story but she has decided that we are no good anymore, and never were. We have a huge stack of beautiful, handmade cards from her early years through the time she changed, and then we weren’t even worth a box card. Our only child.

You should look up this RU-vid video I found when I had terrible sinus headaches and swelling during a bad cold (probably nothing compared to what you have suffered but it was too much for me), called the bullletproof sinus cleanse. It’s a bit of a weird technique but it gave me relief. You should also visit a naturopath as they may be able to help with diet and supplement recommendations to alleviate symptoms. This is normal. You typically breath out of one nostril at a time. One feels clear and the other a little stuffy. It’s called the nasal cycle. Look it up. Most people never realize this is a normal part of breathing. Except of course for the mouth breathers of the world ! 🤮
I yawn every single time I do this. I feel something in the back of my throat, as soon as I apply pressure, but as soon as I move my hand back, I feel the yawn coming. It’s pretty darn nifty.
