It was very eye opening hearing about how my insecure attachment affects my partner. I’ve heard him say I make him feel all those things normally in the midst of an argument so I had not absorbed it like this video. It is something I will be talking to my therapist about.

And if both people have anxiety you can see this dynamic continuously flip back and forth as each partner gets burnt out overfuncitioning to make up for the lack left by the underfunctioning partner until that contempt and resentment and EXHAUSTION builds to the point of causing a rift in the relationship. At that point the underfunctioning partner can switch to become the overfunctioning partner and vice versa.

This is the first time i looking for help , im the good dad probaby drink to much wheb im sad thought anxiety is a excuse everyone has it deal until i realized those people have prescriptions we drink and fight fast itd the.same thing i pride myself on being the Hero neverbsaw what I was actually doing, i dated some one who I thought was the underperforming one No i clealry realize i was that but when ingotnhome I would go in the bathroom and listen to two songs for my best friends that passed ine about metal hype song theb desr alcohol to try my Honest question is how do not fix it wheb that's all you have ! I suck alone is it yoga my buddy suggested church its ok but that is not ny issue I know I'm a good guy jistnask my little girl but sorry long story short im the under preformer after i lived with it where do i start
