Going to weddings like this is what helped make me realize I was called to the priesthood in the best way possible. Thank God for holy men and women and holy matrimony!
Wow. I don’t even know these people but this was such a beautiful wedding. As a 23 year old Catholic man on the autism spectrum who prays to one day find a woman who will love me for who I am, the best man’s speech about women loving men not because of race, disability, or social status, but because of their piety, gentleness, and fear of the Lord got to me. I can only hope and pray that a woman who sees all that in me will be held in my loving embrace someday.
I’m getting married tomorrow in the church as well as being fully welcomed into the church and receiving for the first time. I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight! This is the best day of my life
Just chilling in my room, weeping as I watch this. I don't even know y'all. What a beautiful Faith we have. As Christ loves the Church, so husbands love your wives. Congratulations to you both and may Our Lord and Our Lady bless your new family.
Absolutely Beautiful! St. John Chrysostom: “When a husband and wife are united in marriage they no longer seem like something earthly, but rather like the image of God himself.” The beauty of each of our Sacraments. The Beauty of the Latin Mass, The Beauty of the Eucharist! St Joseph Ora Pro Nobis!
With this young couple getting married in the Old Mass they obviously take their faith seriously God Blessed them and may the grace of God fall into their marriage, with Christ in the center!!!
2:36 this really spoke to me. I did a little more research on what St. John Chrysostom said in addition to this Best Man's speech for a husband seeking a wife: "Let us seek just one thing in a wife, virtue of soul and nobility of character, so that we may enjoy tranquility, so that we may luxuriate in harmony and lasting love." Furthermore, St. John Chrysostom reminds husbands to love like Jesus. "Seek beauty of soul, and imitate the Bridegroom of the church. The love that began on honest grounds still continues ardently, since its object is beauty of the soul, not of the body. Look for affection, gentleness, and humility in a wife; these are the tokens of beauty. But let us not seek lovely physical features, nor reproach her for lacking things over which she has no control."
This appeared out of nowhere in my feed. How fortunate for me! In a word: Wow. I can see the toughest, most masculine of men tearing up at this. It was stunningly beautiful. Not that I would want to say a single negative thing in this posting, but it is utterly incomprehensible to me that Pope Francis wants to shut this down. The sheer majesty, beauty, and devotion to the Catholic faith is overwhelming. Deus Vult!
@septcinq1931 good grief. Your reply is utter nonsense. Jorge Bergoglio is NOT the Catholic Faith. He is the current pope. ‘But the Church is not centralized in him, as if he were the supreme leader of a totalitarian party.’ - Cdl. Mueller. Pope Francis has not a bad word to say about anyone, with the sole exception of faithful Catholics, who he despises like no others on Earth, as he has said a hundred times. He surrounds himself with atrocious people, coddles, promotes, personally encourages radical homosexuals. You stick with him, you, Fr Rupnick, Sr.Grammick, and Slim Jim Martin. Your reply is utter nonsense pope-splaining blather.
I have no idea who these people are but I am Catholic and getting married in a few months and stumbled across this video, this video brought me to tears. I wish this couple the best!!!!!!!!! We need more couples like this.
This is what my heart and soul wants for my boys (1 and 3). I plea God for mercy over my weakness and fallen nature so that he can grant me what I need to help my sons prepare for this.
Such a beautiful wedding dress. The look on her very soon to be husband's face when he first saw her was amazing. I'm a traditional Roman Catholic but unfortunately my husband is not Catholic, but we were married by a priest. Because my husband isn't Catholic we couldn't be married in the chapel like the couple in this video were. I was away from the church for quite sometime . My husband is stubborn about converting but a priest told me by my example he will convert. I hope so. We've been married for 34 years. I hope a lifetime of happiness and love to the lovely couple in this video.
Keep up your prayers parents! My daughter has a beautiful courtship, & marriage in a year of meeting her husband! We just celebrated the birth of our second grandchild. Her husband is 10⭐️
This brought me to so much tears, because i can see that they are genuinely in love with each other,it took through a moment of life reflection as i reflect on my Life choices,i have always had a difficult life journey and I am glad God is leading me towards himself,I do hope that his will wil also grant me a life partner and open my heart to love and that i may have the capacity to give Love truly and fully.Amen
This absolutely got me and my soft, mother's heart sobbing in my kitchen. Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience. Makes me so grateful for my own beautiful catholic wedding, my husband and the family we are building. 💕 May God bless you all of your days.
There is nothing more beautiful than seeing two people of great faith being united by Our Lord's love! It was beautiful and enchanting to watch your wedding video.. May the Lord bless this marriage and always bind you in Sacred Love!
Wow… stunningly beautiful! The church, her people, the bride, the groom, the music, everything! And the bridesmaid’s dresses! Blue, our Lady’s colour! I could see the devotion of the groom towards St Joseph, and of the bride’s towards Mama Mary. May the Holy Family keep them, and guide them, that they may be fruitful, and become saints in heaven to love God forever. Amen!
God is real and lives in the Sacraments. Thank you God for our Sacraments. I couldn’t live without them. God bless this marriage and all holy marriages. May He bless us with holy families to glorify His Holy Name. Amen
Wow stunning! Im going to watch this with my 17 year old daughter, to help her spot a good man when he comes her way!!! Huge blessings tovthis young couple ❤️🙏❤️
Remember the scripture, He who finds a wife finds a good thing. Make sure she knows to put the Lord first and not seek out a husband. This is something I wished I'd learned when I was young. I spent too much time just thinking about marriage and kids not seeking the Lord until later. God uses all though
I’m in tears! Beautiful! That’s exactly what I was thinking, how beautiful would it be to marry in the Mass that my parents and grandparents and all my ancestors married in. Beautiful!
@@olololo9224 Hopefully. I waited to find someone really special while everyone was getting married to whoever was closest and they are almost all divorced now. It’s been hard to find someone who hasn’t been married and doesn’t want more kids. But you never know.
Pray and ask God that if it's His will, you will find a good husband. Asking the mother of Jesus, Mary, to help you, she may do that too. I would like to suggest praying the rosary. I know all of this may sound like a lot, and I'm only suggesting. I wish you the best. God bless you!
So touching! This couple is so blessed to have the right upbringing and beliefs before making their vows! (It can be so hard in marriage when you are unequally yoked.)
I felt exactly like the bride felt on my wedding day. As soon as we turned to head down the aisle and exit the church I felt as though I was floating on air. Felt that way for days
There truly IS a thing called HOLY MATRIMONY. Those of us who have experienced it know this, and we need to keep praying with vigilance for marriage, family, and strong relationships that look toward piety and observance of Creator that brings us to this call, because it's a different kind of Holy Obligation.
