It is this simple: Thoughts cover the magnificence and Divinity of our being. Don't fight with thoughts, that will only create more thoughts. All thoughts are rooted in emotion, all emotions are bodily sensations. Allowing bodily sensations are the key to freedom. Fully allow the emotions, put your attention on the sensation, and do nothing to change it. In short, to release, simply be with the bodily sensations as they arise. They will release and leave on their own. It is so simple, but as the simplest things are, it is powerful.
@@zain4019 i follow David r hawkins book Letting Go which i know that uses the information Lester taught. but for me I don't care if its Lester or David as long as the information is out for the people to apply ^^ but yeah very similar and ty for your reply
