When this album came out it was so different than the same old stuff we as a product of the eighties we were blown away! At 15 the message rang true .I feel very fortunate to have grown up in the best decade of our lives! Class of"88".

This was the cumulative song of the story being told throughout the Operation Mindcrime album. I’ve always interpreted this to be Nikki finally facing the consequences of being manipulated by Dr X.

This amazing man who has the most versatile and unbelievable ability and can do anything with his voice! The composer the madman the infamous Mike Patton!!!! He did the soundtrack and all the zombie screams and voices in the movie "Iam Legend" starring Will Smith Mike Patton is so ( there arent enoufh descriptive words i could give to explain the genius of Mr. Michael Patton!!! Just go down the rabbit hole of Mike Patton , Mr. bungle Faith no More, Peeping Tom, Tomahawk, Fantomas, just to name 10% of what he has done. That is just 5 pf his bands! You will be hooked Oh yeah and he is so sexy straight men want to drink his bath water!

The Operation Mindcrime concept album is one of only two tragedies I'm really into, the other being Arcane heh. Unfortunately, by the time of O:MC, Geoff was already starting to have problems with his voice, but it hadn't progressed too far and the quality of the songwriting makes up for it. If you haven't listened to the whole thing as a unit yet, I can't recommend doing so highly enough. From the revolutionary hubris of the beginning to the doomed love and betrayal of the middle and total self destruction by the end it is just so heartbreakingly great.

I would love to see you guys do an " all about us " answer session...Great content...great music!!! I must admit, I get quite distracted!! Lol
