Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

My ex narc got mad at me because he was trying to get me back & i told him.he had to date me like he would any new woman in his life, he said so i gotta buy your love?! I said just like you are for the other females you talking to that you think i don't know about , but i only said that because he never spent any money on me i knew that would get him to leave me alone 😂

Physical touch requires effort and they are notoriously LAZY. Why would they rub your back to make you feel better ? They only give to get ....it's all about their needs being met not yours 🙄

Its really something when they tell you how they gonna get you something really special and then it seams to never happen and excuses for it even though they got for themselves. Then get angry at you for geting special gift for yourself months later because you planned on doing it even before they said they was.

That's great. The two languages I HATED were physical and gifts. I always felt that if you don't WORK WITH ME and SPEND TIME WITH ME, you don't DESERVE S3X. He was also really good at positive affirmations balanced with well placed insults. 😒

Whenever I'm crying in front of him, he has no clue how to comfort me- I'll often have to ASK for a hug. When I'm crying because we've argued, he'll leave me crying because 'why would I comfort you when this is your fault'. Lucky to receive cheap flowers twice a year... and I have to remind him my birthday is coming up. It's in 3 days, and I can already see the scrambling for a last minute card/cheap present (despite all my hints about what I would like!)

Yes every narc I’ve been with said physical touch was very important to them But they were stingy with physical touch! I think what they meant was they like to be touched and worshipped but they don’t like to give touch. No snuggles, cuddles, nice kisses, hand holding. Except my ex husband, he’d hold my hand in the car. They did give gifts, rarely and when they did it was a bigger ticket item and really got a sense it was a show rather than an act of love.

Absolutely true❤When we started dating he asked me ,,What is your love language?” I answered, when I asked the same question he didn’t answer ,only smiled. He knew what is important for me and never did unless I wanted broke up. When I gave him gifts he never say ,,thank u” instead told ,,all my girlfriends did it”. More strange part about act of service. Even his ex come to clean his house and pick up his kid to spend time. When I asked stop bringing exes to his home, he said ,,Why? If they voluntary want”. I just want peace.

I kid you not. I just had an explosive argue that resulted in my just rather not interact with the narc at all. I said let’s just be platonic friends. She asked “can we be intimate one last time so I can get you out my system” 🤮 It all made clear sense to me now. If my answer was “NO!” An hour ago. I would say they would NOT be into giving words of affirmation because that is something that comes from inside, and their words are more of a weapon. Unless it's flattery during love bombing. And they probably won't want to give quality time like doing things in a meaningful way to bond. However they DO want to spend a ton of time in a shallow way to be controlling or "keep tabs" on you. When you don't answer the phone every two hours while they are at work and tell them where you are they will get pissed off etc.

The only time my ex narc got deep is when he was digging holes for my flower bed!😂We hardly ever had a deep conversation. He said I was too serious for him and I was boring for wanting to have a deep conversation. He also gave me lots of gifts he loved spending money on me. Cars, jewelry, clothes, shoes. But those were "dont hold me accountable" or "I did you wrong but dont wanna talk about it" gifts to cover up the cheating he was doing on me. He loved talking about himself while I stayed silent. SMH.... I cant believe I spent 10 years in that!

Today I witnessed my narc ex wife explain to the judge (one year hearing to extend the RO protecting me and the kids from her) that it’s actually me that’s abusive to her, that she only signed over the children to me and left to Miami because she’s a victim, that I’m a narc and that her arrests and the binders of evidence against her is all fake, she fake cried…anyway the RO extended for another year lol The show never ends 😂

You know to give gifts is nice - yeah they do or bring you all kind of stuff. BUT what is missing is honesty and empathy. Those people see only themselves but not others. You just can´t buy love - that´s simple not possible. Behaviour tells everything not words... I have two suggestions for narcissists: Write a fairy tale or be an actor (both would suite them). But in the fairy tale they surely would be the wolve (like the wolve in the seven goats - you know he painted his paw and tricked the goats).

Each of my narc husbands has been very weird about sex. So, not all narcs show love that way. One mostly did gifts and the occasional act of service. The current narc mostly use words of affirmation and acts of service (usually done wrong, or to show how great he is and how ungrateful I am, lol)

I didn't even hardly get physical touch or gifts but damn did I ever have to provide all the love languages on Earth even though we were only ever just friends. I dated 2 overt vs. My boss being a covert and only one gave SOME gifts but LOVED keeping shit like my clothes I need for winter, etc. 😩

Mine just told me he's sad I don't try to have fun with him in bed anymore. It makes me sad that he's sad. I spent ten years trying to even get one kiss. And his friend told me it's the "20 year plan". He let me chase him for ten years and I never gave up. I even reunited him with his family he had run far away from. He was impressed by that and then let me be friends with two of his siblings long distance. Then finally it happened and he opened up to me and kissed me all night long and the rest of it. And then kept making love for ten years. I'm glad I never gave up before I finally got him to say he loves me and I wasted all those years with my only ambition to conquer him sexually and boy did he finally fall in love with me because I thought of everything to make him feel nurtured all that time. With a narcissist, when they finally open up it feels like a dream.
