I'm finally ready to open up about what I've been going through lately... felt mixed feelings about getting this out there, but if this can be helpful for even just one person, it's worth it. I filmed this in the few weeks right after I went through a break-up when I was most vulnerable and sad. Over a month later, I'm already feeling like myself again and my heart is full of gratitude and excitement for this new beginning.

I got divorced at 34... 4 years later I found the love of my life, made a baby and built a pizzeria and art gallery in our front yard in Panama - about 200m from our home surf break. I couldn't help but notice that the gentleman you were involved with didn't seem to be the right match for you. From watching your videos, it seems like you could benefit from maintaining a clear distinction between your online presence and your private life. It’s so hard to be vulnerable and to even say some of the things you mentioned in this video, they are feelings that most often are bottled up and not expressed in the beauty that you were able to get them out in. I went through a breakup of a 3 yr serious relationship this January as well (Happy New Year lol) and while I definitely don't know the ins and outs of how you're feeling, I wanted to share love and compassion for you during this time. I know this feeling well, my relationship of 9 years ended and I was completely thrown off course of where I thought my life was going! They call it the ‘shattering’ as your entire reality is broken and you have to piece it back together. I remember grieving, then setting out to find myself and pursue the things that made me happy. I had no intention of finding someone else: I thought I’d be a single person for many years to really live it up! Haha. But somehow while enjoying myself I found someone who fit into my new life, and here we are 5 years later with a baby and I’m now so grateful I went through such a rough time. That’s not saying you need someone to complete yourself or be happy! I’m just saying that life has crazy ways of putting you on your path. Much love to you and I know you’ll be okay ❤️
