That couch is AMAZING! I've a vintage french provincial sofa from my dad's ex-girlfriend since the early '80s and it must be from 1940s. I've had it reupholstered twice over the years and it's now a focal point of my very contemporary living room. All in white velvet/velour. In the 2000s it was in a big pink floral lol. You just can't find the same quality anymore so I'll keep changing it up every 20 years! Enjoy your special piece of history♥

The cardigan is beautiful, I love the metal buttons goes perfect with the yarn. I can't wait for our date :D Also, I can't believe you found brooklyn tweed at a thrift shop, what a score! The rearranging is nice and refreshing, its fun to shift the energy around. BTW we have the same flannel bedsheets hehe 🧡🧡🧡

The emblem is from the University of Pennsylvania. The t-shirt may have come from a collab between Penn and the Eagles. Your towel finds remind me of my parents house. We had those in various colors. Wish I had them now.

The emblem on the eagles shirt you got it is the University of Pennsylvania crest. It’s a university in Philadelphia and has a strong connection to the eagles team. From 1958-1970 the eagles played in UPenn’s stadium, Franklin field. Today, the eagles donate tons of money to the university(non-profit) to help with its medical research.

I just love that couch! What a show stopper it is. I think I would have been more inclined to have put it in front of the entrance to the dining room if it fit, so I could admire it when I walked in but I am thrilled to see you cherish it so much and the memories that it holds. Your style is perfect!

@Taylor Owen I haven’t read all the comments, just watching your video and wanted to let you know not to let your cats 🐈‍⬛ or dog 🐕 anywhere near your gum with XYLITOL! It’s extremely DEADLY to our pets, fast moving and there’s no going back once they’ve ingested it. Most pets don’t even make it to the vet. Just wanted to let you know to lock it up. Great video! Thanks! 😻

If you’re going to Columbia drive across the bridge to Flying Fibers yarn shop in Wrightsville. It’s just across the bridge. A great shop

Check with your local extension office and they can help you with companion planting and square foot gardening. They’re a great resource Loved your little dog popping up out of the sheepskin.

Hi Taylor! I too have found Purl Soho yarn to be SUPER nice! I’ve also tried the linen quill and it’s nice too. Getting that Peerie yarn was a score for sure! This was a rough year in the garden for us with temps at 10 degrees with a ridiculous wind chill, just when things were thinking about spring, so time will tell how it’s going to turn out. Love the new furniture placement, it seems “homey” and comfortable. Hugs, ClaudiaSJI

Just don't mix up the PUR gum and the dog treats. Xylitol is not good for dogs if I recall.

I need to know where you are going in Columbia thrift shopping. Because I live about 20 minutes from Columbia and I don’t know of any really good spots there. We went to somewhere around Harrisburg to the goodwill bins this weekend and I found a silk bomber jacket and a few sweaters.
