Uhh, I hope it’s not kidney stones. Not fun. You may want to have your cell phone with you until the great passing - or worse - if they can’t pass. The Wintering book looks wonderful- you have a few hours of delight to look forward too. Tell the Bean ‘hi’ and let her cuddle for a bit.

Passing a kidney stone is one of my biggest fears in life. So far it hasn't happened. I hope you pass yours quickly and with as little discomfort as possible. Good luck!

Maybe bouncing like Tyger has contributed to the Kidney stone being dislodged? Frieda is so adorable. I remember when our dog was 2. It really is their prime.

Hi Steve, when I saw the Spartacus book, it made me wonder if you've read Spartacus by Lewis Grassic Gibbon? Ive only read a scot's Quair so it came as quite a surprise to realise he'd written something that was such a departure from that.
