Oh ya... So glad I watched that. That recipe is going in my favorites file. Unfortunately I love in Asia where humidity in summer is too high to temper... But I can imagine using that filling for other things. Btw... beautiful she'll designs. Top level. 👍

I was wondering what type of scraper you use to scrape off your chocolate molds? Love your videos

I have mine for years and years and that exact scraper doesn’t seem to be available anymore. But if I’d have to buy a new one, I’d buy something like this (Amazon affiliate link): amzn.to/3HVfGjm

I never have them outside, but there’s nothing in it that goes bad quickly. I’d say 4-8 weeks for sure.

@damecuchifrita1321 maybe give them a try after 4-5 weeks, just to make sure they’re still good. But I don’t see a reason why they wouldn’t be 😊

Great video angi! Unfortunately I don’t have a grinder so I might give it a go with my food processor…. Also, since I won’t be able to get your matcha chocolate, what would you recommend? Just adding some matcha?😅

Yes, I would add matcha into the white chocolate. If you’re using a food processor I’d recommend not even trying to make a smooth caramel. Leave pistachio chunks in there and it’ll be a fun crunchy surprise.
