I just put out a video 30 minutes ago, with gameplay from the next update, and I'm pleased to say that the is currently heading on the right path. Get the game, you won't be disappointed.
Your not alone. It's such a bad implementation. And whoever was making these bad decisions, with no quality control, clearly didn't understand this game or how it was made. We will see how this next update goes. It should be top notch once again when this gets resolved.
They said they partnered with GPortal to try and lock down that issue. The tests for that are being done on Glows, Outpost, Hot Dog 7, and one other server, I can't remember which one. But I did play on Hot Dog 7 the other night and it was buttery smooth with minor hiccups. What was surprising, was how used to the stuttering I had got. Then playing on a fairly smooth server was really nice for once.
