Who is this girl Massy? She's so real and transparent. And I'm 59 but this spoke to me! I started my own business after retiring and 50 whole pounds snuck up on me while I was relishing in my business success. I stop cooking and ate at Papadeaux several times a month. I am now the happiest yet most sedentary I've ever been in my life. Who wants to attain success just to die! I want to live, while I finally have the means to enjoy my husband and grandchildren (oh and my kids)! I want to chase my grand babies, not have them sit on my lap because I can't move. Thank you for this video. Tasha you are so funny. I don't know how old this episode is but I would love to see you reach your goals. Wear that bikini girl... and strut!!!😂

This made me cry. I’m literally in a very similar boat to Tasha. I want to change but on the flip side I always get overwhelmed trying to perfectly quickly create a meal plan, workout schedule research them, etc. or I’ve reached out to trainers and they think I just want to lose weight to lose weight and rush me or have me doing the tougher workouts out the gate that are outside of my fitness level(which is from scratch right now). Whilst I’m communicating I want to “CHANGE my entire LIFE” not just hit a weight, body mass or body fat number. Like I have a number bracket in mind but not a specific number because I just want to be healthy and change my life in the ways that are simple for me to maintain for the rest of my life. This conversation was so real. Thank you ladies for being so vulnerable and honest.👑🌹🌹♥️

This is actually nothing for a person who isn't willing to give in like most people do. All you really have to do is buy ALL the fruits and vegetables that you like. Eat chicken and fish with salads and vegetables. Mix it up however you like and cut back on pasta, rice, potatoes and bread. Once a week you can cheat and have a little of whatever it is you like the most out of those and keep moving.....a fast can also help a bunch depending on what your needs are....this actually is the same as rebooting a computer and some of us never reboot our systems 😮

After a few toxic relationships I really let myself go and couldn't recognize myself in the mirror anymore 😢 so I resonate with Tasha. It took me a year of anxiety and depression to get out of this rut. It's a long slow process, but I just lost 25 lb in 7 months so it's a start! I felt like I was gaining myself back, my confidence, self-esteem

I'm so glad I found you. I started my weight loss journey by walking, cut out the sweets and fasting and I feel so much better. But I needed the correct strength training, and the isolation movements that you showcase have helped me so much because I had knee pain/arthritis. Massy, I love you. Tasha! Damn ladies, thanks for making me cry!? Appreciate the real talk... I'm starting the 5th wk of my journey & did my weight & measurements today, the weight always annoys me bc it drops so slow but I feel the muscles slowly coming back & I'm now 3" off my belly so that keeps the motivation going! I don't have much of a community since covid but tuning in & following along def feels like Im not on this ride alone! 🥰

Your so on point. Alot of people are obsessed with seeing what others want to see for rating or to show off. If your truly losing weight for the right reason, you don't have to be in a tiny bikini to prove your point. You see change, you know what you look like and the changes your making.

idk this made me like Massy even more. Seeing her guide and train Tasha. From nutrition to workouts. This was beautiful to see. To see that she is genuinely passionate about it. I rarely follow fitness trainers from ig but seeing that she actually IS about that life was refreshing. Tasha made lots of progress. Now I trust the program im excited to follow it.

Tq for this Massie, u couldnt hv spelt it out better and clearer. Im just so lucky that despite gaining a lot of weight post hysterectomy and now menopause i still stayed strong n never had many issues apart from exacerbated asthma. I now hv gone keto, im in the gym for 1hr pt 3-4 times a week, i walk my dog daily n try n do more movement thruout the day n ive lost 3kgs in 8 days. I am watching all ur videos closely. I will follow your priceless advice , yiure a gem to us on u tube. Tq tq tq! Oh and tasha is a total babe and so successful already. I guess understanding our bodies is THE most vital ingredient to this fatloss journey....🥰😍

What happens when you have a trainer, following specific macros, weighing food, hitting your macros daily, working out 4x+a week, lose a few pounds, and then they all come right back! I’m super defeated 😫 Wish I had Massy as a support and advisor. Great video. ❤

Gave me all the feels today! I haven't gotten my butt back to the gym since I caught the flu in Oct, but I have started paying better attention to my macros and being conscience of moving daily because of this series. I love the way you talk thru the process. It shouldn't be a sprint, it is a marathon. I'm still watching you Tasha, you're motivating me big time! Way to go Tasha (I'm reppin' Landover, MD!! 😆). Listen, as a man that has fought through many injuries during my 26+ years in the Air Force is you need to take things at a slow, consistent pace (just like NATURE!!). There is an acronym that I learned in the Air Force when working out and that is F.O.S.I. (Form Over Speed & Intensity). As you move, always maintain proper form to prevent further injuries and you will get better! Also invest in equipping yourself with the proper equipment to support areas where injuries were sustained (braces, wraps, compression gear, proper fitting shoes, etc.) to help your mobility increase!! Much success... 👊💪🤟

Let me TELL YA!! Massy's 60 Day Program was THE BEST thing I ever did!! I have more respect for my body & what it's capable of! Massy's program changed my mindset & my body. I had no idea training & eating could be fun, fulfilling, & stress free! Trust the process! I know it looks simple because you're not beating your body up, but that's why we fail....because extreme programs are not sustainable! Do Massy's program! You will be happy you did and it will change the way you train!

I gained almost 25 lbs in a span of probably 4 to 6 months. This is the first time in life I haven’t had to make as much movements since I was elementary school. I make it a habit to walk every day. Gaining those 25 lbs.. man. This is all a process. It’s a lot of work taking proper care of yourself.. the things you have to be educated about, protein, nutrition, etc. I’m serious contemplating going Vegan or pescatarian. I see how serious she takes her work outs, and I LOVE it.

Ashwagandha, MSM, Fish Oil, Intermittent Fasting and Creatine Daily! Research Knee Rehab Exercises, and Stretch Your Hamstrings! Be Consistent and you'll get better and find an exercise program you can be consistent with! I wish you ALL THE BEST! (FYI - Fasting Has Been the Fastest way I have ever been able to minimize inflammation RAPIDLY 72HR FAST CHANGED MY LIFE!)

A mi me encanta hacer ejercicio, pero con 200 lbs me era imposible, todo mi cuerpo me dolía, traté toda dieta y ejercicios, por 20 o 30 años y nada me resultó, mi única salvación fue eliminar todo tipo de carbohidratos, incluyendo frutas y algunas verduras. Al eliminar por completo los carbohidratos, debido a excesivo dolor en el cuerpo, en la primera semana que perdí 7 lbs desapareció por completo el dolor, y fue allí cuando inicié con mi rutina de ejercicios. En 2 meses he perdido 20 lbs, no necesito BCAA’s porque no tengo dolor al siguiente día después de haber realizado 2 hrs de ejercicio el día anterior. Los que somos resistentes a la insulina necesitamos primero eliminar los carbohidratos y aumentar la grasa, para el cuerpo queme la propia grasa estando en cetosis. Es muy gratificante ver día a día que pierdes peso, que la ropa que te apretaba ahora te queda floja, que estás respirando mejor, que no tienes antojos de comida rápida y sí más enfoque en tus objetivos. Es bien dificil llevar ese régimen que ella dice para los que somos sensibles a la insulina, yo lo intenté por años y con carbohidratos eran las mismas lbs que recuperaba. Mi edad: 57, y en dos meses me siento de 24 😍
