I don't know if you saw the tags under the title of the video. It was pretty obvious that this was an ad. Wasn't exactly hidden. A lot of influencers make ad videos like this by incorporating the product (in this case the space) in a more or less normal video

We share the same morning rountine, I have to communicate with Baba God 1st then I do my workout 4 times a week. Can I give you a couple of tips try chai seed pudding - soak it overnight it is more filling as opposed just doing it on the day. And for the fruits you can top it with natural Greek yogurt. Just sharing my tips as a Health Coach and Cookbook Author.
