You’re a better man than me. I don’t think I would’ve let that slide especially when she knows how many hours you spend in 100+ degree garage working on your car.
When I say I have two girls, one is the wife. lol. She is the culprit. My daughter knows better. I told her about it, but sometimes she is in her own world half the time.
I’d agree most girls. Some are hardcore about cars, but few. I have 3 daughters and one is very intocara. More so than my two boys I’m with you on not high dollar paint job. With mine I want to drive it without worrying about rocks door dings, etx
I would tell the girls. It’s about respect. When you treat my stuff like this your not showing respect. Then Show the damage. I would also say are you going to fix it? When it takes her hours. Then you say now you know why guys try to take care of their cars. Cause the time invested in it. Just like you like to take care of your nails and yourself. My daughter is 9 I’ve already taught her. Try to take care of what you have. I had a neighbor growing up everything he had was like it was just bought. Law mower, tools, cars. This was one thing I tried to emulate. Even if it was 30 years old it looked new. I know I can’t do that with everything not financially in that place and equipment for work has to get used.
When I had my 2006 Vette, someone would everyone once and awhile take a can of coke and dump it on top of my car. I lived in apts. Never caught the guy/kid. Also I had someone put out a cigarette on my Ford with a white top. Burned a hole through it. It can all be fixed, but it gets old that people don't care.
@nicholasjackson3344 ha I try to be everyone's friends but at a point t people like that need to pay but people like that probly have nothing to loose which the only thing they understand is a beating..moral of story apartment living only supports the weak mostly .
