We purchased our 1,600sq .25 acre home in 2002 and it was $132,000 in Altamonte Springs with no pool. Built in 1979 and still had the original 70s floor and cabinets
I loved the 3rd house with a pool. That will be great for in the next 2 years when I get a house in the winter months. Its right about a few miles to Disney World and Universal Orlando.
Very nice 👍 job ! I liked the first one . Very little upgrading on that one . I really liked the location of the third one next to the nature preserve. It’s nice having no neighbors in the back .
Loved this type of video because it shows me what is available near the areas I am interested in moving to. Not moving until next year but still love this content! Keep them coming Kaleb! Can we see what is on the market for $400K pool homes and $500k pool homes too???

I live on the prairies of Canada. My house is less than 1000 sq ft. It does have a fully finished basement and a double detached garage. My taxes are 3200 a year and the appraised value is $315,000. It is low for houses in my city. The average is $410,000. My house was built in 1975. I would love a place like any one of these houses.
I enjoy your video Kaleb very informative. I’m a first Time home buyer . Looking forward to moving to Center Florida in a Few years. My price range would be under 300.000 with a pool and possibly no HOA but would be okay , 3br & 2bath .
Absolutely unbelievable. The housing market in Florida has literally exploded. The first house you showed is constructed with concrete blocks and it's going for 300k? That house has doubled in price in the past year. Sooner or later the bottom is going to fall out in Florida and it will be 2008 all over again.
Exactly and everyone that is buying these typical spec homes for that price are getting screwed, rent first because Florida isn't for everyone it gets hot and lots of bugs to fight off.
Central Florida in the summer is great if you're a reptile. Visited Wintergarden in August, it was so friggin hot and humid you couldn't be outside for more than a minute. Even when the sun went down it was unbearable. Funny how people complain about winters up north. But you can put a coat and hat on and go for a walk. There's nothing you can do in the summer there except stay in your air conditioned house and wait till the winter.
Hi kaleb, Nice video. Just a suggestion. When you are showing the garages without any lights could you just open the doors? That should solve that problem. Keep up the great work.
I like all three but I think I want to put an offer on #1 or #2 I would like for you to insert in each if the pools are a play pool or a diving pool that is a factor for many people and also approximately how many miles these homes are from the beach, thank you much because I have been searching for homes in that range.
Hi, Kaleb! I enjoy your videos as I am considering moving to central Florida after my son graduates from high school thos coming June. I noticed you have featured the last home you showed about a year ago. Can you share why this home has been on the market so long at this price?
i love the way u present ur estate... so cool and very professional and not like others which are so "too moving"..., way to go... but if i have to ask u why , the first house , which is i believe so beautiful was just $300k only , are there any other additional payments? :)
Hi Kaleb. I loved the first house, which in Brazil wouldn't go for less than $1,000,000.00. Who knows, maybe one day this house won't be mine. What neighborhood is it? Thanks!!!
I have sent you an e-mail a couple times requesting information about the properties but no answer. How long does it take to answer emails? Or do you have a different email or website that we can referred to have more information. Thank you.
I’m not a realtor but it looks like the prices of condos-atleast in central Florida (Orlando, Kiss) have remained at a reasonable price, I can still find some nice condos/townhomes between $150K-$200K
Nice home but thats not a deal for Florida they houses use to a lot more thats about what i would expect to pay in the Carolinas ..back in the 90s til about 5 to 10 years ago a 200000 home hear would be about 120000 to 140000 max now seems like over most of the country small towns outside of bigger cities dont give u a bargain like before
Surely the tax of $1100 on the first house is based on what the seller is paying right now. The new owner will be paying tax based in new sale price $300 k. So the tax will be way higher than 1100
Too expensive, no body in Florida makes that much money to buy houses for over 100k. plus taxes on a house like that is very high for Floridians especially in central Florida. You right that is a shocking price.
Kaleb hi, my name is Brian and I live here in Riverside California. My wife and I are looking into selling our home and moving to central Florida. I'm wondering do you work only in Florida? Can you message me your information so we could talk more?
#1 most people do not want to live in Central Florida everybody wants to live close to the ocean..My friend bought a house almost exactly like the one that you're selling with the pool and it's on a lot of property no HOA in Hudson Florida and it's only about 15 minutes from the ocean with a nice pool 8 mouths ago for $180,000 the place was perfect the only thing they did was change the color of the paint on the inside of the house...Over $300,000 for a house in the middle of the state...🤣🤣
Quizás ,ustedes quieran vender alguna casa pero porfavor serían amables y traducir el recorrido de la casa y su precio en idioma español. Please ,traduc of inglish to espanish
