Would love to see your handstand journey! Been digging all your videos and especially inspired by your training videos. It's really nice to see how you work up to and progress with your movements. As a result I've started to just move more without over thinking it; without worrying about 'not' being able to achieve it. Ironically this has resulted in me analysing my moves even more, however by trial and error and watching myself - in essence just doing more and putting the work in and feeling great!!! Keep up the awesome work man!
Do it!!! That would be cool to see. Im just learning to do handstands. The longest I have held is about 15 seconds. It usually takes me 4 to 5 tries before i can get a good handstand

Love you work! Thank you for all your knowledge! On another note. I will forever wonder why they call it "mobility " exercises instead break dance training. That's what all b dancers do. Pretty sure that's where it comes from.
It's times like this I realise that finding a stick is not as simple as I thought it to be. Edit- Just wanted to say that don't try with a stick that is smaller than the one shown in the vid, doing this with a lesser arm width hurts a lot ( I tried, sigh), instead do it with some towel or other piece of cloth of appropriate length if you want to.
I used one as big as his but thought that it was too easy and too good to be true that you can just do it with your hands far away from each other and did it while my hands are as close as i can go which was kinda painful lol
Got a tip for those who cant do this with a broomstick. Use the weakest resistance band you can get and mimic the same movement. If the arms come out more its fine as long as you feel that stretch on the upper back. You can also move lower or higher like he does and feel a stretch in the pecs. Hope this helps!

@@elmalifico3708actually iam onlyvin the begening its an mma street fight .. and this channel helped me to stay flexible and in shape even when i stoped ly trainings from time to time i kept the stretch going and that helped me a lot

Keep trying man. You'll get there for sure. We learnt how to do a handstand against the wall at home. We're 6 years old. There is so much we wanna learn still though. We're quite flexible but we wanna get fitter and stronger cause we not that strong yet. Just gotta keep practicing and keep pushing on
ATX gang! This is what I need to try, my back has been incredibly stiff. Especially near my interior scaps. Hurts to even breathe sometimes. Any other stretches you’d recommend as well?
Man I am so worried about my shoulders, they are just always feeling janked up and immobile. I tried this stretch just now and I can barely even push the bar/stick behind my back, I'm talking an inch or two and that's it
I cannot out the broom straight back, I can go down and back or up and back but straight back seems impossible. Maybe because my arms are too long? Not sure but very tough even with the widest grip
something that really helped me improve my muscle up a lot was looking at the bar while pulling. You can try and see how it feels if you want ;) great video!
Did ex 1..I dont have anywhere near the same flexibility mobility.. it was painful..im trying to conquer the right shoulder being super tight every time I bench
I have a bad shoulder my left shoulder giving me pain seen 1997 fall from my bike untill now. I am going for sports therapy it's improve a bit. It's there any way to over come this problem?

There is a man in bcn beach and is performing Ismael and sheet and you and I am tired of the performers I need my master man the una puta vez so if not the scubabuda of formentera I quit to turkey and enjoy in Ibiza and everywhere you go. @@zacharyshort384 I know that's right, but not many people can put their straightened arms straight back behind their head and fully extended like he does. It's pretty advanced. I have an old torn rotator cuff injury. I can't even come close to this, so not even sure what to do to achieve just a normal range of motion. :-/

I only feel this in the biceps the front of the shoulders and sides of the upper arms are stiff and tight still. My posterior delts seem to have disappeared
