I saw this man at the gym, my first thought was he looks like a gentle man walks in works out and goes home, he is not loud so I started staring at him smiling and he started noticing so I also started a brief conversation with him so everytime I see him we wave at each other, I am a very open and kind women, I greet people male or female, I started noticing men approach me more because I think they can see my kindness and positive aura , then I see his behaviour starting to change, the last encounter was him giving me a look of his angry asked him how he was but he had earphones in and just kept walking, I just thought to myself I will never stop being my authentic self, I got abit shy as well so I thought now it's his turn to move towards and he never did , don't wave at be but come now have a conversation with me anyway time will tell but I will just always be kind even if he is acting this way but I will just move on :) I am single and available a man must be a leader

There is a guy a church that I have noticed for over a year. He sat near me one day, introduced himself and asked my name and where I was from right before the sermon started. He may have just been being friendly but he was there alone like I was and I think he may have been trying to show interest. I was so nervous though that I didn’t engage in any conversation after the service and walked out without giving him any reassurance that I was interested. I’ve been trying my best to be near him at church so I can have another opportunity to engage in conversation but it just hasn’t happened again. Meeting someone at church is ideal. Maybe it’s just not the right time or he’s just not the one God has for me. But I’ll be sure to say his name and smile the next time I’m by him :)

These are all very important points especially number 2 ladies. When men hear no they take it at face value and don’t approach again because of the fear of being falsely accused of rape and sexual harassment. You have so much more responsibility than before to guide the interactions and make the man comfortable and know it’s safe for him to come to you and approach. Above all ladies, the best way to a man’s heart is not weaponizing or gossiping about what he confides in you and to genuinely respect him. Men pick up on this right away.

I understand #2 and it seems simple enough to change the “Yes” to a “No” rather than a “No” to a “Yes” but, politely speaking, it’s really not as easy as it may seem to be from a man’s point of view for a woman. A lot of men will continue pestering you, especially if you said “yes” once before.

One thing I get nervous about is whether I'll blush around him, and if others around me or even he notices, i'd feel kind of embarrassed even though it's natural but sometimes I get more focused on trying not to blush so that could possibly come out in my face. It's good to not hover though. I used to get followed around church by someone and I'd purposely dart into another room and could see him hovering. It was super weird. So yeah, be near him but don't hover

The big issue is women give men signals then reject them when the man asks. I speak from experience. I've been given clear and obvious signs. I've asked her out thinking she must be interested only to be told that she already has a partner or isn't interested. The advice I would offer to women is don't play games!

Sometimes the signal you perceived is just kindness, sometimes it's her acknowledging your manhood. If you are brave ENOUGH to Ask her out, you are overcoming the fear of rejection. And that IS great!

You interpret it as interest when someone you attracted to is kind. Interacting with the opposite sex is not mutually inclusive of attraction/interest.

Equally, when someone forgets your name that is a really big clue that they're just not interested!! You remember what you care about, what you like - even if that's your favourite brand of tea! Get the message and move on!

U hit the nail right on the head when u say that it is the woman's intuitive response to first say no....the guardedness, wanting to know if the guy has genuine motives first. aha story of my life. As ive grown older, im learning to say yes first even if i say no later or at least be willing to try.

I was just thinking about this !! Yes it makes it so much easier!! To read a woman I don’t expect a woman to pursue me but give me a sign your interested if you never look at me and just walk past by me in group setting. never look to ask me a question or if k arrive to a setting and you don’t say hi or smile it feels your not interested and don’t really care to see me at all. So if you smile make eye contact say hi how was your week idk ask what I do for living talk about the sermon ask me if I’m going to the next event be inviting!! Guys will handle the rest and purse if you give signs if not we feel like we are going be embarrassed or rejected and rather not talk. I’m 6’2 attractive with tattoos beard and get haircuts every month smell good nice teeth I even get woman who don’t even look at me so it’s hard if you’re not super extrovert or have status or have connections or music talents it’s hard to be noticed

Good evening or morning, i allow myself to answer your question : 1-be natural, 2-don't ask too much questions the first time ans listen to the answers (if possible, remember the answers) 3- please don't make noise when eating (i know it sounds weird) 4- don't "oversell" yourself. And even when they give me signals I’m not too tempted to bite because I’ve be giving signals by all types of women But I want a woman who ain’t dating multiple guys. Dating and courting are not the same. Why should a woman waste her time with only you and you haven't figured out if you are right for each other, as well as no commitment in place? Ideally, dating shouldn't involve anything sexual as you are just getting to understand who someone is.

As a woman I’ve focused on one man at a time and always end up hurt. In reality, it wouldn’t make sense for me to assume you’re only dating me when no commitment has been made. When you’re ready for the commitment simply have that conversation with her.

@@leaellas8400Texting a dozen people at once scatters your focus and makes discernment of the Holy Spirit much harder. Give 1 person your full attention and ask your theological beliefs to make sure your core beliefs are aligned. Ask about hobbies to see if your lifestyles are compatible, talk about love languages, past traumas, what's okay in the marriage bed, list all your deal breakers etc and you won't waste time you'll likely reach a deal breaker inside the first few hours of playing 21 questions and then move on and focus on another 1 guy fully

I have been "interested" in a couple men at church who weren't wearing rings. Thankfully I find out BEFORE I would invite them to pursue me. Atleast most women wear wedding rings. So that makes it easier to know at least if they are married..
