Sorry, even though I was in Izakaya, I coudn't introduce any alcoholic beverages.lol
I can’t drink much.
This restaurant is run by the conveyor belt sushi restaurant Sushiro. So you can enjoy Sushi at a reasonable price.

Thank you for this vid, and am glad the owners allowed you to film inside: some get prickly, even here in the US. I've bought local sushi from stores and restaurants, but I live in coastal Texas, as in 30 minutes or less to the Gulf of Mexico. You don't see channel catfish, red drum or sharks (most common is Bull), but salmon and tuna. I'm a firm believer that local seafood should be used for sushi.

There are some sushi restaurants in Japan that serve sushi made with fish that are rooted in the region, and I like that because I can learn about the culture of the place. In Tokyo, Edomae sushi, which uses fish caught in Tokyo Bay in the past, became popular. By the way, I have eaten cat fish in Thailand before. I like catfish:)))

I want to eat the great quality sushi like you masa but most sushi is very bad quality where i live. So I will have to make some of your recipe to experience great sushi.

@Sushi_Masa_Home_JP I haven't even tried to buy or make much sushi at home. Too expensive. I make sushi at a grocery store part time. We make a lot of california rolls and other American style sushi. I watch your videos to learn and for entertainment. I want to get better at making nigiri.
