You say that as if ceramic tile is inexpensive bricks are actually less expensive than tiles. Lol in fact half of the items in that house are roughly 10 US dollars to 100 US dollars so the most expensive thing that you're actually paying for is the Architects time and labor.

Masterful use of space. I love that there is an actual backyard. Oftentimes kung may ganito kalaking lote, lalagyan ng malaking pool. There is so much restraint in this house that just works. It's not overdone.

This reminds me of the house from Parasite (2019) but in a good way 😆 Everything just flows so seamlessly and you can really feel how much thought, character, and purpose was put into each decision in every step of making this home. A testament to how a house doesn't need to be ginormous for it to feel magical!

Albeit yes this is indeed still a very large home, but definitely not at the same level as some of the extreme mansions featured by Presello that often feel lackluster despite being thrice as big as this

This also reminds me a lot of Emma Chamberlain's home; not looks-wise, but with how much appreciation the designers put into the materials, space planning, compartmentalization, atmosphere, etc.

I've also seen houses like this with bridges. like Diana's house in Indonesia. she's a designer. the design is strange and colorful. she and her designs can be nice but sometimes they can look scary haha

Perfect house. I however hope the owner would consider placing a bath tub instead of an outdoor shower at the main bedroom. It’s always nice to place a bath tub beside a glass (frosted or not).

Those shutters you’re talking about @25:00 are called “brise soleil” or sun blockers which I think was there not only as an architectural feature but with the main purpose of deflecting some of the heat from direct sunlight. But with the design, i guess it defeats the purpose.

I think in this build it was used more for the aesthetics because yeah the design boasts floor to ceiling windows in major living areas so i dont think the client was concerned about heat from the sun. Lol

Lovely house, but most people who watch architectural videos aren't 14 years old, so the editing should reflect that. Hold the shot! Let us with older eyes enjoy the beauty of the structure! I know you want to be the cool kids, but really, HOLD THE SHOT!

@@violetavelarde4319 not even remotely close and usually not one to throw shade..av property is no where close to presello in terms of quality. Apple rarely stays in shot and usually move way to fast compared to her camera crew, lighting is usually bad and the camera crew have trouble keeping her in frame. She points out a feature and hastily move on to the next while her crew is trying to show what she just pointed out. Which makes majority of their videos unprofessional. The presello team have fantastic chemistry and pacing and it translates in their videos. And she doesn't have to up anything, she's naturally beautiful to begin with.

@@violetavelarde4319 why would Julia need to up her looks? She's already good looking and charming. She wears the same clothes that's been her trademark since this channel started. Aside from that she can articulate the features of the house very well. No need to pit these women against each other. They're both professional, however the Presello team is the premiere channel back there.

what is it with filipino sidewalks and streets? why so ugly and moldy. I know it's humid, but have you heard of a pressure washer? If you can sweep dirt, you can pressure was concrete.

As practicing in the profession for more than 2.5 decades here and abroad, I dont see any distinguishing "Filipino" in this concept. Its mostly copied from online designs. The furntiure possibly.some are locally sourced.

I studied Construction Management at UTS … had a great life, started by own company and finally bought a 911 at the age of 28 …. THEN I had the “dream”…i was on a boat cruising towards a man made island of the coast of Mumbai “All the Indian billionaires were building luxury houses and my grand child was designing the Burj al Arab hotel in India. The next morning I sold my 911 for 200,000AUD told my wife if you want we can divorce today split our 16.5million realestate portfolio because like Jesus or Mohammad….I seen the future’ my grandchildren are NOT property developers they are AMAZING DESIGNERS like the “house of PRADA” I am going back to UTS to complete my Architectural Qualifications !!!!!!!

I love that they designed the house in a very western way pero may pagka asian parin, It has a warm and cozy vibe. The brick walls and metal works really blends well and hindi pinabayaan ang greeneries around the house. Love it and I would rate it 9.5/10

THIS HOUSE theme IS DARK-NATURAL organic looking... and if i am capable of building/owning a house more than once as a part of my collection hobby THIS KIND OF THEME is one of the list. But if I AM only capable building an eleagant house only one in a life-time, I would rather choose dominant WHITE and SUPPORTING COLOR OF DARK GRAY... With wooden looking brigter and darker floors.
