Hey Everyone! In this video I give my immediate thoughts/reactions to the breaking news that WWE SummerSlam will be a two night event in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 1st & 2nd 2026
Now in my personal opinion this is not good news as I feel that for one, having a 2 night SummerSlam under values having a 2 night WrestleMania.
I also feel like WWE will struggle to fill a 2 night card as we have seen very recently that they struggle to fill a double WrestleMania card without adding a few matches that are only there to fill a slot.
With that being said I can understand why WWE has done this as business wise, it’s a genius decision. Theoretically ticket revenue should double as well as turning over a much higher profit over the weekend than they would if it was just a one night show.
What do you guys think of WWE’s decision to have a 2 night SummerSlam in 2026?
