I’m trying to remember that no one expects me to catch the pace up front, but the pressure of interview after interview and doing all of the data entry and reference confirmation is intense. Very different from in house recruiting but I love how helpful my co-workers are

You work from home? I’m a RC too and it’s always in office for my area and it makes no sense because everyone I connect with is hours away.
