If you find a “binge worthy” show, turn it off 10-15 mins before the end, so you don’t get hooked on the last scene where you have to “keep watching”… it helps sooo much!! Then next time you watch, start at the end where you left off and you can start the next episode without guilt
@@poorvinandwana that can be more challenging in some ways- you may have to set a page limit, or a time limit, especially if it’s affecting your sleep or something else that you value in life. Books tend to end the chapter in a place that has a “hook” so maybe mid chapter when your time limit is approaching or if you notice a lull in the story line where you can set it down without it vying for your attention.

Comparing your life with some one else's won't help you be thankful, instead it makes us jealous. Choose to celebrate with your friends and family when they are blessed. I have a list of baby names, but I am trying not to get too attached until I have a partner and he agrees or we find names we both like. Also pretty sure Chad said sex is how you stay in shape which is hilarious but also… can burn a lot of calories. I LOVE that hahaha I want to have secret rooms in my house with hidden doors. That’s would be so fun and interesting. I’ve seen some cool ones on RU-vid. Discipline!! Get it! That’s sooo true. Anytime I don’t want to- eat healthy, workout, worship, spend time in the word, be kind etc… self control and discipline are necessary to get through those times. Something God has been teaching me in a deeper way during this season of my life.

Love the first year of marriage vs now question!! My first year of marriage was difficult trying to navigate our biblical roles while growing with each other and learning how to live with one another. PTL we are where we are now, going with the flow now and have learned how to handle each other/break certain habits.

My husband and I have two girl names that are pretty set, Juniper Hope and Cecily Nikol, and for a boy it would be John Hugh, and we would call him Jack as a nickname (both Jack and Hugh are family names on my husband’s side)
My oldest daughter’s name is Brielle Elizabeth and my youngest daughter is Jaylyn Emily. We love them because they are different. Enjoy thinking about names!
