In this video I walk through 17th, 18th and 19th Street in Downtown Yangon. This area is also known as Chinatown. You will find street markets selling all kinds of fresh produce in these crowded streets.

Raw meat , A Popular restaurant and the mention of Tuborg Beer in the first minute and a half, I thought I accidentally got a King Epic video. Seriously, what I liked about this video ,is that it had me making comparisons to Thai markets and got me to thinking about some questions I now have about the culture in Myanmar. Really didn't expect that. I give this video 5 Rickshaws.
Lol - the raw meat comparison is pretty apt. I am pleased that the video got you thinking about Myanmar culture. It is an overlooked but interesting country. To me the Myanmar people seem like a proud traditional people but also a bit sad. Their political history has been tragic.
Hello Sargy, the best advice I can give regarding taxis before you arrive is to download the GRABtaxi app and buy a sim card in the airport after you arrive. With that app you can get a taxi anywhere in Yangon and you can easily select the destination.
well it wasnt in the middle of the street - it was on the pavement - assuming at the front of her house - as it is visible in your clip - so you have been to many cn-towns? never seen this before? well - funny on then! ; )
