Hi Helen. Firstly thank you so much for the steaming tutorial, it worked a treat 😊. On my wardrobes I have another IKEA goody. It's a white metal stick out gadget that has 3 holes in it to hang hangers in. Its great for putting up clothes when either steamed or ironed to dry off, clothes out to put on next day or going out no end of uses. I use those suction hooks for garage tools, shower toiletries, scarves, necklaces on my mirror etc etc. Thank you again for your videos, discussed you at great length with my bestie of over 45yrs at lunch today! I started to follow RU-vid to try and lose myself in something after I lost my two much much younger sisters to cancer a few weeks apart, both adults but in their 50’s. You and Nanna-M have been my saviour when I needed to lose myself in something and turn my thoughts away from the grief. Helen I am not looking for sympathy but just wanted to let you know what an effect yourself Nanna-M, and other RU-vidrs can help a person or persons that are going through traumatic times in their lives. On a lighter note, I love how you whisper so that Rob won’t hear, so funny and I am sure he wouldn’t bother one bit of what you bought 😂 a lot of us are the same, I call them secret parcels that get delivered to various drop off locations that I go and collect, very few come to my own address 😂😂😂 ❤xx📦📦📦📦

Another fun video with one or two items I shall go look for which you have bought for your caravan… I keep lots of things in small plastic boxes in our van so much easier to pull a box out instead of searching.. we have one with condiments in, another with jams, marmalade and honey and one for biscuits. The Ikea stick on hooks and soap-dishes are fantastic caravan accessories, as are their stainless steel mini shelves that hook onto a wall rail (if you have one). Ooh and their stainless steel hooks (perfect for mugs) 🤓

Hi Helen - I haven’t had time to watch this before now so here I am in bed and have to say I love your shopping “bits and pieces” videos although I did panic a bit when Daisy started barking as I knew it wasn’t one of my girls up here with me and couldn’t work out where it was coming from! 🙄. It’s because we’re quite limited here in Portugal - some of the shops like IKEA are quite a journey away so I generally stick to just a few of our local shops (some are quite large). I loved the Duracell torch so much - just what I need with it being rechargeable so I’ll be having a look on Amazon tomorrow to see whether I can buy one. Hope all went well on Tuesday. Sounds like a tiring (but happy) week. X

It is true that we sometimes forget what some people's lives are like. It reminds me (without going into too much detail). Of a woman who was caring for her very sick husband with a long term illness, whose highlight of her day was taking the time to put on her night cream and eye cream. Makes you think. ❤

Helen you're so energetic to go round all those shops but what tips and goodies you find for us so we know exactly where to go. 😅 Thanks for that. You're right about people who are on their own or caring for others. My sisters and I learnt from our lovely mother for the way in which she cared for our handicapped brother with zero help from our difficult father. However it made us the people we became and we were always aware of other people who might need help. It costs nothing to smile and ask someone if they need help. You're so good and cheery for all us HBs so we'll keep coming back. 🎉
