A nice day out taking the train from Glasgow Queen Street into Waverley Station, and exploring parts of Edinburgh including the Royal Mile, the Castle, Princess Street and a run up and around Arthur's Seat.
On my Dad's side of our family - they came from Edinburgh (I always thought it was spelt Edingborough) I do not know exactly what part of this city/Borough but my Fathers ancestors were Walker & Tom's. This is the closest I have come to seeing most of this beautiful country. Off Course my Husbands family were from Glasgow, love History of my fathers People and my mums' People, they are from New Zealand. Thank you for sharing.
