Join me on another training day as I run the Glen Loin Loop. The route starts in Arrochar at the top of Loch Long. I'll be doing the loop clockwise with a slight detour to climb Ben Vorlich, a Scottish Munro of 943 meters. Of course my little training buddy Charlie Chops will be joining me on this mini adventure.

Shout out to your dog. Keeping pace with that short legs is probably not easy. And another beautiful corner. Some time I have to come to Scottland in person.

Yes, Charlie is the ideal training partner, he's got some stamina!! So many more places to explore!

That's a proper dog. We used to have a spaniel that could swim for an hour before returning to shore. Great run - thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Yeah spaniels are bonkers. Interesting about the swimming... Charlie is a great swimmer but never been sure how long they could actually stay out for!
