Paul, just wanted to say how much me and my mates enjoyed this VLOG / video. We’re up in Scotland for some mountaineering but today’s 80-100 mph winds have led us to find entertainment indoors…😂 We have done a fair bit of our own endurance stuff like running Hadrian’s wall over 2 days, running across Devon over 4 days and Ironman, ultras etc but we all had to give you a big Kudos for the distance you nailed in day one 👏. We also cheered when you made the decision to climb the hill even though you were juggling a dodgy Achilles. It was absolutely the best choice to make and gave us a real insight to your character. 👊 We also all had a big laugh on day 3 when you said “why do I do this to myself” as we have all also asked our self the same question 😂 Great video, really well presented Top job. Thanks for sharing Chris, Ali, Andy and Gwen
