In this video, I bring you along for a week in my life here in New York city. During the day I work in finance at JP Morgan, but in the evenings I spend my time going to networking events, studying for the GMAT, and working on this RU-vid channel! I'm so grateful to live the life I live, and am excited to take you all along for the ride!

Hi Cameron, you are the best! I am a new subscriber from Italy. I have a question, in this video your working hours are great, so much flexibility and you never worked past 6 - 6:30, so are those rumors true that in IB you work to exhaustion at night and even on weekends? You are great keep pushing!

Thanks for watching! For context, my team is not a traditional IB team. We are a niche group, and don’t have the same responsibilities as a typical IB team. So our hours are a bit less than the standard late nights of IB. Ok very fortunate to still have time each day to pursue other interests. I can’t say the same for all teams though unfortunately. Most rumors about IB hours, especially in NYC, are true. Although plenty of people do like to talk it up to make themselves look like a hardo.
