What's going on everyone!! Excited to post this one tonight!! Taking y'all along on a FULL WEEK doing Instacart! I hope you guys enjoy the video and serves as motivation for you guys! Thanks for watching as always. 🙌🏻
You are the GOAT! Doing orders at Costco is aggravating. Its too crowded, and the elderly walk too slow for me. Woodruff Rd traffic is even worst. Keep up the good work, hopefully I'll see you out. ❤❤❤
Thank you for putting these videos out! I just left my corporate job today before lining something else up and I'm so grateful I can do delivery in the meantime to make ends meet. I'm nervous to go full time but I'll do whatever I have to do in the meantime!
Great work and video. I look forward to part two. Two questions: 1) do you miss orders by taking the time to take a screenshot? 2) Is there any way to get an audible notification for orders with IC? I get a tiny, tiny noise that is not easy to hear. Almost as bad as their ridiculous tiny thumbs.
Thank you! I've never missed an order bc of the screenshot since I take the screenshot after I've already clicked "accept". It's a slight second after. I can miss orders if I get distracted for a second looking at something else, or if my reception is bad... or simply if another shopper is getting the offer before I do. I'm not sure about the notification sounds, maybe it's customizable on your phone's settings. I personally always stay in the app to minimize the chances of missing an order... I am always holding my phone with the app open, refreshing and looking at it!
Great content keep it up love seeing weekly vlogs like this definitely will give ppl insight on what Instacart is really like everyday is different. 💰💰💪🏼💪🏼
Man, that's good. I can't come close to that. I try to hit 200 but lucky if i make 100 a day. It's so oversaturated here😢. I can sit for hours literally without a batch.
Same i try to get 200 but i finally hit that last week on a Sunday. I hit $250 it’s possible. Just right place right time half the time on top of your ratings
💖Great channel and you have the best positive attitude. It's really contagious and it's a delight to subscribe! Keep up the great work, it's very motivating. 😺💖
I did great in North Carolina. I just recently moved to Central Florida and now, not so good. The bots are very popular here. Thanks for your video. I will use some of your tips. Happy shopping.
Please rate customer service chat support at least 5 they help you as best as possible and please never ask for useless bump I warn each and every shopper if we don't give you bump it means we are binding by the terms and conditions of instacart and if you shopper will give us bad rating then we can unassigned your batch and block your cards and paused your app for 24 hours so beware of that before giving bad rating to shopper chat support
@@detailspecialist6967 A lot of people are working similar hours on IC and not making $200+. It's all about what kind of orders you're able to get where you are...
Your shopping orders are refreshing to watch. Got really tired of seeing $5 offers from the other RU-vidr's UberEats or Doordash offers. Your orders are a lot of items but at least the total is worth your time.
I sprained my thumb and had to take 2 days off, because i was burning myself out. Trying to get back into it, but it can be depressing with bar codes not scanning, too big of orders, Costco employees rushing you at checkout and then they make a mistake, that costs you an hour at customer service, cause they ran the wrong items in wrong orders. Customers who ask for replacement, then you give them the one they want, then they report that the item is wrong after delivery. Lots of crap to deal with.
Also this guy is taking too many shortcuts. He makes Instacart shoppers look bad, cause he's not using any cooler bags for dairy and other fridge/frozen items while he's in the store or out of the store. Those items have a higher chance of going bad. You want to shop non perishable first, then go fruit/veggie, then refrigerated items, then frozen items last or vice versa, depending on whether it's ice cream, dairy or heavily salted frozen items that last longer. Think about your own groceries and what goes bad first.
I’m super new to this. How am I able to get higher paying orders? I’m sitting at the grocery store now and one popped up… $21.. 2 stops.. 18 miles… 57 items. I’m like no freaking way!
That is crazy to me, people want someone to personally go shopping and pick out your items and NOT tip? The one video I watched on another channel had a good size cart and the tip was only $3 I couldn’t believe it
you know you can shop at any store like if you accept a publix you can shop at any publix as long as the order doesn't have alcohol, you didnt have to shop at the store 8 miles away
Finally got to 💎 This past weekend. I only work weekends so its nice to finally make it. But i do feel like my 1st weekend with 💎 wasn't as good as i thought it would be..... hoping it was just a slow weekend bc it was hoilday? Hoping this weekend will be better.
Could you do a video on where to set to get the best orders? The app's GPS knows where you are and they give you orders close to you? I am new and waiting on all the background checks to complete and watching all I can to learn the tips and tricks. Thanks brother, you're a great help, God Bless
Do you use a different camera to film your vlog portion? or are you doing vlog/instacart on the same device? If so how do you maintain your phone battery?
I do use the same phone to record and do Instacart, I keep the phone plugged in while driving! I use a go pro to record some footage very occasionally though
How many batches do you reject in order to get bigger orders? I’m Diamond cart in South Florida with a 4.9 rating. Big dollars come, but not consistently.
Do you make an hourly pay with instacart as well? I’m thinking of doing this as a side hustle. Do you have to work a certain amount of hours or just whenever you want?
I See a lot of orders your taking and i just cant do it i cant justify catering to low trash tippers who dont value what i do. So ill wait for hrs instead to do that high tip 50 and make my $150 or so on the slow days and im good with that. Weekends is where the 300 days come and i dont have to take trash orders. One last thing some of us if we take a 15 mile order we have to come back 15 miles just to get back to the store so 30 miles so if im taking say 39 like you do for 30 miles thatl easily take 2+ hrs round trip naaa cant be doin that.
Yeah it depends though, if the day seems good I’m not taking trash but I’ve seen people make $0 by applying your strategy on a slow day and I’m not doing that hahah! Remember every market is different, I know why I take what I take and when to do it. Also, if it’s a double or triple is not 30 miles roundtrip because the routes are usually not linear, many times the second or third drop off are somewhat closer than the total distance driven and I try not to come back all the way to my original start point… instead, I wait at the closest point after delivering. I know some orders are still high mileage and it sucks, but I prefer to make the money rather than not
In California I get paid Miles so those long ones pay me in the end even though the batch is not all good. You still have to earn your points for status you must not be a Diamond Shopper with your attitude, just saying.
I’m sorry but what a stupid mentality. You agreed to work this job, then try to shoot for an hourly rate. You can’t sit on a high horse and pick and choose what you want or put all your eggs in one basket hoping to get a good order. You need to shoot for consistency throughout the hours and sometimes that means taking shitty ones. And idk how many Instacart shoppers have worked regular jobs, but you’ll be asked to go out of your way and do things you normally don’t every now and then. That’s life and tbh I notice a pretty entitled and low class approach from a lot of shoppers.
How much of this money you actually keep? After expenses, taxes, car repairs and everything? I do enjoy your hustle but i wonder if you have any time to also do the things that you love
I keep a lot! I save around 25% for taxes and the car expenses are very low right now since my vehicle is newer. Used to spend a lot in maintenance and gas when I drove my older car. As of now, what I love the most is to make money and make videos!! I’m still in my 20’s so I don’t mind the grind! I’m sure the hard work will reward sometime soon with nice vacations!!
I missed a $128, $62 and …. I couldn’t get a single item $72 i was so mad. Has the app ever glitched out and basically gave you the chance to click accept twice but you won’t get the order. So annoying i was so mad haha
@@Gig_DollarMan bro the app is doing something illegal. I had a $92 that didn’t have two items i had to refund since there wasn’t any in stock at Costco. And the fact that when i started the batch there was a message to a previous shopper and it looked like i was assigned to me and given to me instead. I’m thinking when we feel as if we got the batch and it gives it to another person instead what if there’s just a glitch w the entire system because they have a flaw in it? Sometimes i see batches not even pop Up on the banger gone in a second. Down to the milli second.
I don’t know where you shopping but BL NY is slow I’m getting maybe 1 order in 1h and 30 minutes of waiting and it’s for 10.55$ lol and drive is 4 to 5 miles in city so I don’t know where do you get this numbers but I wasted last 3 days looking and sitting on parking lots and sorry to say but shi …. Came out of it I. 3 days losing every day 5 / to 6 hour I made 112$ that’s for 18 hours and gas spend on going to the stores for me looks like intsa is going down my app is fine my phone my network
