Hi from Scotland. Great vegan lunch recipes and Jasmine your channel is awesome making it easy for people to change from eating animals to vegan. I have been vegan for 4 years and mainly eat whole foods plant based with the occasional processed foods.
Everything looks so good, I don't comment enough and I will start trying to do that more. I enjoy your content and particularly the inspiration since my husband is vegetarian.
I never knew those small pickles had a French name! I only knew them as gerkens (as in "workin' with a gerken"). The tortilla for the chickpea salad wrap looks like TJ's Habanero-Lime tortilla. The salami brand is pronounced "eve" or sometimes "eves" I went to school with a French guy who answered to either. The chicken concoction doesn't look so gross on camera. It kind of reminded me of mac 'n' cheez when you were stirring it. Thanks for sharing these lunch inspirations. They look 😋😋😋.

I am such a huge fan of tomatoes there are never any left for a pasta sauce XD Especially in the summer when they are so juicy and sweet! But I must say, this pasta looked FABULOUS!

I'm going through a lot of healthy issues and I'm allergic to dairy so I have to be in a plant based diet and I'm searching everything and I just love your videos! They look so tasty
Thank you for sharing this! I'm a new vegetarian now but try to eat mostly vegan as I transition away from meat. I'd love to see you guys do a nut-free vegan recipe video because my partner is allergic to tree nuts and it can be difficult to find vegan recipes without nuts.
That homemade pasta sauce looks sooooo good 🤤🤤🤤 I've always wanted to try making my own! My garden also "exploded" with tomatoes recently so I'll have to try this recipe out!!
Would you say dulce is better for infusing sea flavours into dishes tan nori? I feel like it must be distributing more easily and seems to be less...detectable for a non vegan person :D Also, I never liked tuna salads but chickpea ones are bomb!

I am just so jealous about all the chicken alternatives you have XD Apart from 3 companies making nuggets we have like... one brand making some plain pieces you can make the way you want. And they are very very expensive ;P I hope that things will improve soon as I just cannot wait for more vegan products like that- would make persuading my fam 10000x easier XD
Thanks for sharing. Personally I prefer a plant-based diet without processed foods. For more healthier choice is referred to Jane Esselstyn RU-vid site for Clean WholeFood Plant base recipes. This is not to criticize. Just to share in case anyone else is looking for alternative ways of eating vegan. I do enjoy your videos and have gotten some good ideas it just pains me to see processed food.

What do you call someone who isn't trying to use crutches to replace meat? I actually like vegetables, so I don't really get why there is a need to use these fake meats. I also don't use oils. I guess you can call this 'Whole Plant Based Diet' rather than vegan.
