According to the chart. It required 9% until 2500ft.was that mean we could only delay the ACC phase to comply with the SID?

THanks for the video, Small Qs i got. How do you calculate 3084 ft straight? any hint for that? or do we have to keep on putting arbitrary figures until we get the climb Gradient correct ? ty
