If we really wanted to call any games AAAA, we'd be talking about games like GTA V or VI, Baldur's Gate 3 or possibly Cyberpunk (despite its vast flaws). Games with such earth-shittingly large budgets, time and/or effort put into them that they don't quite fit the AAA moniker. I very highly doubt Ubi put in more time, effort or budget into S&B than any of those games.

Iirc, this video was in response to Microsoft saying "AAAA" unironically. The industry never learns from its mistakes.
