Only Lee could kiss a frightened, stressed out , in pain , traumatised Akita and have her kiss him back. Amazing how he reads dogs so well. She is magnificent, so regal and powerful yet so vulnerable. Hope she loves her forever home. Would love a vid on how breeds like Akitas, Chow, Shepards, and the Huskies and other “ dominant” or independent breeds mix together.
My first dog after leaving the Air Force in 1974 was a Akita, all black. Had her for 14 years before God's ugly curse of cancer took her. Its still my hardest thing of my life I had to put her down but when she left, my Egypt looked at me, sighing in relief from her pain and her look took me she said it was ok. I still cry for her.
Oh dear. Thank God for the person that took her to the vet after she was hit by the car. At first I didn’t think she’d be able to walk. She’s amazing! Thank you, Lee. ❤
Your heart is so big. I don’t know how to thank you for what you do for these beautiful animals. My own Chow mix came to me when my son saw a car stop on the road and dump him out. Those that love and are thrown away and has their trust shattered are blessed when you come into their lives. ❤
wow. thank you for sharing your story. Your son was sure in the right place at the right time and the chow baby won the jackpot for sure! I somehow think dogs know when they are rescued from such a bad situation and forever loyal and grateful.
I totally agree - thanks so very much Lee for everything you and your team do to save and help dogs and other animals - You're an Angel and a huge Blessing - God Loves You and so do I. Love & Blessings Always❤❤❤
Me too. Someone hit het in our farm lane. But made a full recovery but took a while.. stayed in a box in the livingroom by the woodstove. Miss you Ruby.
WOW, an Akita. Hard to believe that an Akita is in a shelter. Yes, Lee, you gotta rescue this one!!! Beautiful, Beautiful girl. Thank you, Lea. A great addition to the pack. ❤❤ I can't imagine someone hitting her and just leaving her there! They do it don't they. Wicked evil people out there. Thank you, and so glad that this group knew to call you!
I rescued my old English sheep dog the day before they were going to put her down and she had also been hit by a car. I brought her home and her rail was bloody and bandaged, she was only a year old. Best dog I've ever had! ❤️ she passed away from cancer at 12 years old
Love bombed - what a fitting phrase for what Lee does to each and every dog. I especially love this large man with the itty bitty wuvving voice. It gets me smiling every time.
Akitas have the most amazing personality, for anybody concerned with the muzzle, trust me you do not want to get bit by an Akita. They are so powerful.
A Follow up Video as to how KiKi assimilated to being with the other dogs would be great. I look forward to your videos and seeing how you make sure that the many dogs in the pack know that you are the pack leader and that they all have a role within the pack. Keep the videos coming, a great learning tool for pet owners or those considering owning a pet and particularly a rescue. Thank You.
I've fostered a dog with a broken pelvis. She was a tiny Chi!!! She had to be calm for quite awhile.....months....which was hard for her. But she healed. I almost kept her....such a sweetie, but she got an awesome adoption momma who I still hear from. ♥️
I see a pattern here Lee. Huskis, Malamutes and now an Akita. A lot of double coated Arctic and Tundra dogs. She’s a stunner though. My heart melted when she did that slow lick on your face. Sending all my blessings to this majestic girl. 🐾❤️🐾
She's Gorgeous Lee! I'm SO exited for her! She's in extreme levels of pain, a constant stress to her system and seeing her get the medical attention she needs to heal and be free of the most of that will be wonderful! You can tell the environment, her lovely room and terrace, and the CBD has already made a huge difference! To see her already sharing water with the pack in peace and kissing you and smiling says more than a million words. This wil l be yet another important chapter for you all. I look forward to following Kiki's journey to feeling amazing! She's been through so much pain but she's going to get better and have a quality of life she never new. Big love to you Lee, and waves of healing vibes to your bear Kiki ❤️❤️❤️
You just hit the jackpot! Akitas are amazing dogs and so loyal! I had mines for 13 years and he was such a blessing to our family while we had him. Yes the shedding sucks but it’s worth it to have such a loyal loving companion. Good luck and god bless!❤
Those big ole wet face kisses are the best! It makes me so happy when Lee rescues a new 🐕 dog! This literally just made my day! The world is a better place because of you, Lee Asher!! ❤
How you get the time to love all these dogs is beyond me, I've 2 and giving them the attention etc they need takes all my time, 👍 up to you Lee, keep doing what you're doing as the animal world needs you....
I love these videos. You help me remember that the world is a beautiful place half full of kind, honest people. Let's treat each other this way also. 😃
I love the name Kiki- same name as a very talented singer, who sang Don't Go Breaking My Heart with Elton John. Now that's a song you can sing to your Kiki, Lee!
I love watching Lee adopt dogs because they don’t know that they’ve hit the jackpot when it comes to getting a new home. Seeing their reaction to coming to the Asher House is priceless.
Kiki is such a beautiful girl and has scored many siblings of all types of furries. She will be very happy at the Asher House. Another one for you Lee for bringing home this unwanted, unwell, gorgeous furbaby pup. The end where they're drinking out the troph

Oh my heart!! Thank you Lee, for every animal you rescue!! Life is hard right now, but your channel is a bright beacon of love and hope to me!! Kiki wasn’t aware she hit the lottery!!🎉 And I never cease to be amazed and what a dog whisperer you are- Akitas can be so dog/people reactive and you showered her with love, calm and care and look at her!!!!! So amazing!!!🥹♥️♥️
These animals are heaven sent and your dedication and love to give them a ‘second chance’ to know unconditional love is awesomeness. Stay authentic no matter the ups and downs because God gives us what we need 🕊
I've noticed that whenever Lee puts a dog on a leash, that dog is going to be with Lee forever. I love that. I love what you do. Love your courage for following your dream and sharing it with everyone. Love you for being YOU 💗
What a beautiful girl. That face of hers is gorgeous. Lee, thank you for being who you are and loving and caring for all these beautiful precious animals. Feel better soon Kiki! ❤
What’s amazing is how in tune she is with you so quickly, Lee. She’s in a ton of pain, yet she knows you’re all about making sure she heals. What a transformation in such a short time. Kiki is the Girl !!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Oh my goodness, I wanna have a house full of rescue dogs. You Lee are so full of love to these precious babies. I love you for who you are Lee. Can’t wait to see how Kiki is doing with healing.
I resued an Akita. She was 18 months old. The best dog! I lost her five years ago. She had a bad heart. It broke me when I had to say goodbye. Three yrs ago, I rescued a husky. Two very different dogs, but both have given me so much love.
I just love how you know the name of the doggo you adopt before you even get home. KiKi was an amazing name for her. I love all your videos and your Pack is growing and you are doing an amazing job! I'm sure she is going to heal and do great at the ranch! You are amazing. 🥰💗
Seeing someone love animals he doesn't know without judgement and with no bounds is incredible and amazing. Your love knows no bounds. You are an incredible example to all of humanity.
Recevez toute mon admiration. 🤍🙏💙. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
So lovely to watch her warm up to you to full-on face licks! My previous husky's bestie was an akita - she was a feisty thing but loved my dog and he loved her. Such great personalities once one gets to know them. Happy for Kiki!
Thank you for saving this sweet, beautiful baby!!! Love you angelman! If I could drive all the way there (and if you said I could adopt her) I would without a doubt!! And I never say that even though I love all animals! I feel a very strong connection to this baby!
She is so beautiful! And I love the name Kiki. Will she need surgery to repair her hip and ease the pain? Did she already have the surgery before you got her?
The first dog ever was my beloved chow and lab mix, and he was the most loyal and intelligent dog I've ever met my life. I miss him every single day. He saved my life, and he's the reason I'm still here.
Me and my hubbys first dog living together was Butch, our Akita. He was so beautiful, magestic and protective. We lost him in 2004 and I still miss him every day. She's so beautiful.
Kiki is beautiful. I saw her from your other videos and I wanted to know more about her. She looks so chill. So thankful that you rescue her. God bless.
I had an Akita growing up, I named her Bill; Kiki looks just like Bill. What a love ball. I’ve been too intimidated to get another Akita as an adult because of how dominating and territorial they are. You are a great human and your project is amazing. Enjoy life Kiki you beautiful beast.
