I hope that policeman watched this and realised AB was right, its not about making a viral video of an officer breaking the law. Its informative, eye opening and sometimes even emotional. Hearing the retired airman at the end describe his frustration with what has become of the place he once loved was heartbreaking, but he still managed to crack a joke and sport a smile for a complete stranger. AB captures everyday life in Britain in a unique way, love him or hate him he is a great filmaker
And AB does amazingly heartwarming random acts of kindness to people like Christine, the little divorced guy, (aleikhum asalaam) who AB bought a Rose for, and also shows that there ARE really nice, decent, kind Police Officers out there still
You can excuse those 2 officers for not fully knowing the law, but how the hell can they not have heard of the expression "going bananas". That's totally unforgivable!
Mistake one: Being suspicious is not a crime. Mistake Two: Taking photographs of cars or licences or police stations is perfectly legal. Mistake three: Overt recording cannot be used as a suspicion of terrorism or hostile reconnaissance or anything nefarious.
It's my firm belief that knowing what 'going bananas' means should be an essential part of police training - ideally on the first day. I also submit that PC Misery deliberately adopts that demeanour so that when he spends his entire off duty time telling jokes and roaring with laughter nobody recognises him.
One minute ago, I thought I will be one of the first, and here we are... 50 views, lot of comments, 50 thumbs-up... Greetings from Poland, great job, AB!
Big up the polish !!! . heard your fellow giving the EU a right bashing , softly spoken chap urging for more transparency and more accountably . not heard a righteous speech that was so on point for a very long time.
Even two Real Estates taking notice and doing something about OUR data handling Proves that Auditing does make a Big positive difference (they should have done it in the first place of course) Keep up the Great work AB 👌
What a great guy at the end. Interesting what he had to say too. And I iagree with you AB, the council cleans up around them. Like the guy mentioned about the fellow cleaning the streets in north Abingdon, I do that too where I live. Twice a week I pick all the litter and when needed removing all the grass and other weeds between the tiles of the pavement. And council tax keeps rising.
Instant response outside a police station , not so much when they have a real crime at the Co Op . The Pensioner officer was a bit clueless lucky the young was switched on, nice guy.
I agree with you. Shows how dumb he is when he asked AB for his name and he replied 'Houdini' and he started to write it down in his notepad. I love all these audit videos, but there are some really scary ones, mainly filmed in the USA.
The police continually keep asking "if you are alright?, are you ok?, do you need any help?". They scurry off rudely and don't account for their non compliance about body worn camera notification. The older cop, shows exactly why he's never got anywhere in the job. He's got all the equipment on him except the essentials of politeness and acumen. The retired RAF gentleman. An example of a better breed of Englishman. A video for the time capsule that one AB.
Ahh, this is a great ending, he really wanted to chat about raf and his hometown going to pot. Sad for the elder generations to see things change so much around them. Thanks for giving him the time AB.
I see you reposted this one! Great. So yes, as I said before, this is your best production ever. The watching of this never gets old. It is all about the somberness of those who don’t seem to comprehend the smallness of their lives. Instead they have a desperation about them to hide from a camera while being incredibly daft that they work for the public and that they must recognize the rights of the public. Yes, it exposes all of the reasons you audit to begin with in one short edited part of a video. Not the least of which is that the dusty, dank crevices of civilization must be exposed once and for all. We don’t need these dark hidden places in our world. I’ve got some mold and mildew cleaner I’ve been applying today, might as well use it all up.
@@softshallow7435 he completely took down the first one. My comment was pinned on the first one. He commented to me as did dozens of others. This is not an update, there is nothing new on this one. You are wrong. Btw, if you want to link me to his first post rather than this repost, have at it. You will only waste your time. In fact the first one was taken down within 48 hours.
Yes. In the UK, it is a serious offence for a police officer to knowingly make a false report. This sort of misconduct can have severe consequences, both for the police officer involved and for the public's trust in the police service. Under the Police Conduct Regulations, dishonesty and falsification of any kind, including making a false report, is considered gross misconduct. This can lead to disciplinary actions ranging from management advice, written warnings, to dismissal without notice. Moreover, if a police officer knowingly or recklessly makes a materially false, misleading or deceptive statement, they could be guilty of a criminal offence under the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. This can result in a prison sentence, a fine, or both.
@25.45 thank you for your service sir. People seem to forget that older people were once young and probably lived more adventurous lives than possible now days. I know I could never get away with the things I did when young now🤔😉😈.
THEY WERE OUT OF THE STY QUICK SO FAST THEIR TROTTERS WERE SMOKING 😅 AS SOON AS U STUD UP 2 THEM THEY ALL DID THE WALK OF SHAME KEEP ON COLLECTING THE PHOTONS AND THKZ VERY MUCH AB 👍
It never fails to amaze me that even when they realise that they're being audited, their fragile egos rarely (not never, but rarely) let them just walk away right there and then, as they should. For all what they whine about being "baited", they keep _choosing_ the wrong actions over and over and over again. Always trying to hand out a _directive_ to get the last word.
Thank you brother for apologising for making me cry. I have not laughed like that in a long time. The elder gentleman at the end was the cherry on the cake. Pay attention yungans!
I have watched all your video`s by now and pine for more but this one, is by far my favourite, the laugh was terribly painful to my face, ribs and tummy muscles and makes me happy for a long time. Many thanks for this one. Getting banana`s yet? :-D
These coppers are what happens when you only get 2 hours of training and even then you can only remember the one phrase from the Powerpoint presentation. 😆
Public services and especially public workers have become unbearably authoritarian. They appear to truly believe thst they posses powers to do what they want with the public. They make up rules and policies to enforce their feelings and prejudices on those they are paid to serve. Some of them appear to believe that the public are nothing more than a nuisance.
First female officer didnt like being told about her camera..... typical 😅 Just updated my comment due to the absolute brilliance of the 'blinds' situation and the comedic effect with the music added. It made me laugh man!!!! Thanks for this today!!!😅😅😅😅
I understand that in Australia an Auditor called nunya bizness has been jailed for auditing. I was surprised because i thought Australia was a democracy.
Why cant they just be civil and approachable..have a nice demeanour..instead of thinking of the worst ..they would get more out of people ..its not rocket science ..its nice to be nice .....easy 👍 😊
