@@DEInTheGarage Totally bro! Man I had my skid plate rust completely out recently and the tank actually fell out thru the plate onto the ground after i filled the wj with gas!! So I went to the yard and out here in Colorado you can dind skid plates on wjs that are like factory new! Due to the dry air out here stuff doesn't rust! But on the downside things lime rubber and hoses dryrot alot quicker but since my WJ came from family who brought it to me from back east she has some rust. I am currently replacing alot of stuff that wore out and all tour videos have been making it possible! The skid plate replacement oh and the one i got from the yard that was brand new still was 22 bucks bro! The skid i almost ordered and canceled was fron a company un jersey that makes em you probably know about it i forget the name something with a d. But they were gonna charge me $200.00 for the skid plate and $200.00 to ship it to Colorado! But i canceled that got the money back and got a factory one from the u pull and me and my neaightbor had to use a friends poeer tools to get those rusted ass bolts off that skid to remove it was quite a job bro! Wish i would've fiilned it! Than we did my fuel filter, New battery and new terminals now im replaced the lower rear cintrol arms and bushings and doing the a frame upper rear control arm this Saturday and the ball joint! She is coming togather nicely! The thing about it is also this WJ is a special edition bit also has tons of extras my great uncle had put on from the facrory new! Like all kinds of tow stuff We found out she has air bags in the springs air ride apparently. Lol jas the power steering cooler and selec trac transmission with the double cardon on the drive shaft. Has the 4.7 also has hooks upfeont to be towed behind an RV.shes pearl white and has that infinity gold system with the amp in her. Alright sorry to talk your head off buddy but long story short your channel is a Godsend! and when i come back to PA one day maybe we can go wheeling brother!

Yep, that is accurate. if it is a "D" it is the same case as a, HD, but out of a Dodge truck so it will have a different input shaft

I’ve only seen one for sale and it was sold shortly after being posted it was that dark maroon color and was in pretty decent shape for a xj that’s close to 30 years old...lol...hopefully someday I’ll come across another one...I’m gonna have to do some research on how many were made and what years
