@Lindi Cecile I suggest you keep listening until it makes sense. It took me 5 years (from age 20-25) to understand Eckhart Tolle's words in "A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose". Then, bam, it just all made sense one night. Then, the universe brought me Abraham the very next day. I was overweight, unhappy, in extreme debt, depressed, and suicidal. I have now been 12 years listening to Abraham. Life is always a changing, flowing thing that I work on, but these days - I love my life! I love myself! I am happier now than I have ever been, and I am consistently in a good mood! I manifested a beautiful home a few months ago that literally is the story of the most fortunate "good luck" (hint: it's not "good luck"). I am a healthy weight, I make over 100k a year (and so much more money is in my vortex waiting for me to bring to myself). I feel happy almost every moment of every day and my self and life are literally 180° from before I found Abraham. Trust me, it is sooooo much more than just nonsensical words. Just look at the life Ester, and so many of us, get to experience because of Abraham's teachings! I am forever grateful for the unfolding of my story and the impact Abraham's words have had on my life. I literally would never want to be anyone but me these days, and it feels AH-MAZE-BALLS! 😁😁😁😂😂😂🙌🙌🙌

i suggest u read some of their books first, people watch these videos a lot but u cant really undestand it without the basis they talk about in the books!

Still need to fuel the body. So if your diet doesn't give what you need you should take what's missing. Sometimes when we crave X food there's something in it the body needs. This falls under intuitive eating and pairs well with law of attraction.
