That's why I was surprised that the Suns were favored to win the Western Conference. The Suns are just a collection of high profile players who play for huge contracts. I'm sure Murray and Jokic wanted to get paid, but they're clearly looking to win a championship. Aaron Gordon isn't the player people thought he'd be coming out of Arizona, but he has no problem being a role player when he could probably start on one of the worst teams in the NBA and get paid better money, same with KCP.

Most of their players are great at 3s and cutting to the basket. It's easy for them bc everyone's making contested shots and getting wide open in the paint.

I think many media members got too enamored with the KD addition. They forgot that Book, CP3 and Ayton are not nearly as good as Steph, Klay and Dray are as a trio. Also, at the time, he didn't like the fact that people were downplaying his two titles with GS because the Warriors were already a dynasty! So, he departed them to win a title on his own, away from Curry, Green, and Thompson's shadows! However, it was a big mistake leaving GS by teaming up with Kyrie in Brooklyn! At the time, I was baffled as to why he would trust Kyrie after he betrayed the Cavs and Celtics! To no one's surprise, he would eventually betray KD and leave the Nets! I am not surprised KD has not come close to winning a title since his GS days! Moral of the story: "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush!"
