I love this idea! I will have to try butter ganache & origami. Questions: size of mat & your wooden sticks to hold your origami? I love how you measure to insure you have the right size for your cake. I am getting better at doing that. Enjoy the rest of your day!

The candy melts I just melt in 30 minutes increments at 50% in the microwave. The ganache is a 2 to 1 ratio. 3 parts chocolate to 1 part butter. And I have a tutorial on the buttercream. Let me get the link for you!

Your work is beautiful 😍 can I please ask your advice Mary? When I did an origami cake before using my own moulds, I put parchment inside my own origami card stock mould. Used cream ganache that was piped consistency and frozen it for a good while. But it wouldn’t stick to the cake or come out of the mould. What did I do wrong ? Thanks in advance xxx
