When i'm in a place where i can't do pull ups i do a double handed press with the kettlebell. Is not exactly a ultimate alternative but works. The point is keep moving and exercising.

Man you get these videos for free, get some perspective. Chandler, I love all your videos, I have most of them saved and I really need them now because I've become overweight. Just a thank you from me, I'm a regular middle aged guy from Ireland, of all places, and once I found your vids I found them to be no nonsense, approachable and non-elitist - just so accessible and confidence building. Keep up the great work man!

I merely stated a preference, not even disliking the workout! It wasn't addressed to you. It was addressed to Coach. And he took it extremely well, in the spirit in which it was intended. Hats off! He responded rationally. And I acknowledged his response, stating that I understood his reasons/reasoning. And even thanked him! Maybe you didn't have the time, wherewithal, the decency or the gumption of going through the whole thread before opening your pie-hole & subjecting us to your Twitter-trained brain-farts!! You're telling me to get some perspective?! How's this for perspective? Almost everything's 'free' on RU-vid, 'man'!! But, I have bought Coach's programs in the past. Have you??
