This is what I wanted to understand, Just highlight that variable pay (0-21%) vs Indicative average variable pay % range at your level. This is what your actual variable pay, don't think you will get variable pay between 0 - 21 %. It is mentioned in your salary breakup (for ex. in above salary slip in the video it is mentioned 6.30% so you will get 6.30% variable pay only).

no thats the maximum amount you can get, but you will get the actual amount based on your ratings

Depends on factor like your degree, current company, position for which you are applying, your current package etc. Minimum you can get 30% hike on your current salary. And maximum there is no limit, have seen people getting even 50% hikes. Depends on factors I mentioned.

More or less it will be same, but may very based on factors like your previous CTC , knowledge & skills and interview performance.

@@abhi36187 Salaries will vary slightly depending upon the cost of living in those areas. Salaries in Gurugram and Banglore are known to be higher than the rest of India due to the cost of living.

Hey, First of all thanks for the information you shared. I will join Accenture very soon for level 11. I have few doubts. 1. There is no sub level mentioned in the offer letter. 2. Though It is mentioned 21% variable on fixed(based on performance) but in breakout plans(xlsx) there is row for Variable bonus. And if you please share me the links how to apply and when to apply for the variable bonus video link it would be very helpful for me. Thanks in Advance!

You don't have to apply for the bonus, Accenture have a half yearly bonus payout cycle (may-Nov), they will pay you bonus along with your monthly salary in above mentioned months ✌️, hope this is helpful. Subscribe to my channel and stay connected.

Yes because they don't deduct Tax from your monthly salary ✌️ at the year end time (ITR filing time) they ask you to provide investment proof for calculating tds.

So the tax for entire year is deducted at that time after considering all the exemptions? Sorry I am not in the bracket yet so not aware of how it works

@@arjavmehta4655 Yes, when you provide all the investment proofs and rent receipts to your employer, they will calculate your tax liabilities considering the deductions provided by you. Further, if you are eligible to pay tax after deduction, TDS will be deducted from your salary. Even if you miss to submit investment proofs to your employer within stipulated time, you may later fill your ITR with all deductions and claim tax refund (which was deducted from your salary).
