Hello Mam, I joined Accenture with Level 11 and my total experience (Accenture + Outside Accenture) is 5 Years. My current fixed is 6.3 LPA. Can I ask for a promotion now? I feel my pay is terribly low for the SAP market standards.

Just a correction Level 13 n level 12 are same, only thing is the degree BSc or bcom candidates get into level 13 whereas B.E ,Mtech n btech candidates get into level 12. All the candidates in level 12 n 13 are trained for 1st 3-4 months and then are assigned projects depending on the skillset. When I was there in ACN level 13 ppl wer supposed to write an exam in order to get promoted to level 12 n level 11.

I think coming till L10 you considered 5-7 yrs experience that I don’t see it require as I am on L11 with only 2 year of experience. And after 18 months they consider you for promotion any how. And pay is also good.

And action item is already opened.

Mam, you told that a fresher when joins Accenture, he/she is assigned to level 13 as an assistant with an annual salary of 3.5 - 4 lac per annum. But mam, for the job role of System and Application Service Associate (Level 12) job role, the CTC is 3 lakh Rs. Why is it so mam?

It may very i also told it is not the exact what you get i have given approximate so that you will get some idea now you can get some more opportunities and get the offer letter in hand and you can negotiate on the counter offer then you may get higher package, see package is the one which is different from person to person the same person who is doing the job which you are doing may not have the same package he/she may have higher or lower than you Hope you got me what i meant

Those who are applying in Accenture then they should have appropriate degrees. If you are applying for ASE then your degree should be Engineering and If applying for Applications and system services associate then the degree should be any but not engineering. Because I have gone through all the stages but while in document verification i got rejected. The reason is I am from Engineering but I applied for Applications and system services associate that's why I got rejected. Only reason is to let you all know.

Hello ma'am I am in onboarding procedure with Accenture and I applied as a fresher so but after that I worked for cognizant for month and now Accenture is asking do you have any PF account if I mentioned yes then they will ask me about my previous employment so can I say no I don't have any PF and I have not activated my PF account guide me for the same
